Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open the tag template, hold the shift key and d to duplicate and close the original.
"Delete the credits".

Go to Image, canvas size and resize to 800 x 800, I like a lot of room to work.
Starting at the bottom, select the grey square, float, defloat, new raster layer, fill with #ca0000 or color of choice.
Delete your template layer, you will do this each time with each layer of your template.
Select your taupe layer, new raster layer, fill with #39cfcf or color of choice.
Grey rectangle, new layer, fill with white.
Red stripes layer, new layer fill with #ca0000.
Select large blue circle, paste paper 4 or one you prefer, invert delete, select none.
Dotted circles I left white.
Bottom red rectangle, new layer, fill with #39cfcf.
Top red rectangle, new layer, fill with white.
Blue center rectangle, new layer, fill with #c00000, keep selected and paste your close up tube, mirror before pasting, invert, delete, select none.
Apply Xero Filter-Soft Mood, then Porcelain and then Clarity.
Red rectangle frame, new layer, fill with white and add noise at 50%.
White circle I added noise at 50%.
Taupe circle, new layer fill with #c00000.
Merge the 1/2 blue stars down with the 1/2 red stars, select, new layer, fill with white, add noise at 50%.
On the wordart, red, white and blue, select each one, new layer and fill with the color to go with each.
On all other wordart, color to your liking.
Paste your tube on the left side below the wordart.
Resize element 2 to 15%, place below the white circle layer up by your tube.
Resize element 10 to 15%, place on the upper right side.
Resize element 39 to 40%, place on the right side, then duplicate, free rotate to the left, place below the wordart layer, on top of your tube layer leg, duplicate and mirror.
Resize element 5 to 10%, place on the right side below the doodle layer.
Resize element 26 to 5% and place by the hat.
Resize element 35 to 15%, place on the left side by your tube.
Then I went back to the flair at the top right, duplicated, resized to 50%, duplicated 2 more times and place in different areas. Move them down as far as you like and place where you like.
Add any other elements you would like, once happy, close off any backgrounds and merge visible.
Resize first and then add your name and Copyrights and you are all done.
Hope you enjoyed doing this tut.
