This is a quickie one.

Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer, paste paper 7, apply your mask, delete, merge group, adjust to fit your tag later.

Paste frame 3, resize to 90%, paste your tube below the frame, duplicate, move above, erasing the parts of both tubes you do not want.

Click inside the frame with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 10, invert, delete, move below the bottom tube layer, select none.

Resize element 39 to 75%, place below the paper layer of the frame at the upper left, duplicate, move down to the lower right.
Paste element 27 below these layers at the bottom right, duplicate, flip, mirror, adjust.

Resize element 23 to 90%,paste on the frame at the bottom off center a bit.
Resize element 21 to 70%, paste below the flower layer to the left.
Resize element 1 to 60%, place on the flower on the left.
Resize element 29 to 85%, place below the first flower.
Resize element 26 to 65%, place below the ribbon layer on the right, erase the stem showing below.
Resize element 24 to 60%, place under the flower how you like, duplicate, mirror, adjust.

Paste element 38 on the bottom layer at the lower left, duplicate, mirror, move to the upper right.
Resize element 3 to 50%, place on the frame on the left.
Resize element 18 to 50%, paste on the right, duplicate, mirror, move back to the right and adjust how you like.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
