Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*


Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer, paste paper 12, apply
your mask, delete, merge group.

Paste frame 9, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 10,
invert, delete.

Resize element 41 to 25%, paste on the left, free rotate to the left at 45 degrees, duplicate,
mirror.
Duplicate, resize to 65%, free rotate to the left at 40 degrees, move up some, duplicate, mirror,
having these smaller ones above the first flowers.

Resize your tube to 50%, paste in the center below the flowers layers.

Duplicate one of the smaller flowers, place in the center, then apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, changing the first number to 25, move down to just above the mask layer.

Resize element 18 to 50%, paste on the frame layer on one side, duplicate, mirror, adjust.
Resize element 10 to 30%, paste on the left side above the star layer.

Resize element 73 to 40%, free rotate to the right at 20 degrees, place under the rose layer on the right.

Paste element 30 above the mask layer at the upper left, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 35 to 50%, duplicate three or four times and place where you like on the flowers.
Resize element 86 to 30%, place below the flower layers where you like, duplicate a couple of times more and move how you like.

Being on the top layer, paste element 26, erase all the stars you do not want, duplicate, mirror,
move around to your liking.

If you want the curved text, take your preset shape circle, close off the background color,
width about 2, draw a circle, then add a new raster layer, open the background color,
make your color of choice, then take your text tool until you see a little curve and A,
type out your text on the circle, convert the test, delete the circle.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background you used, merge visible.
Apply the Xero filter-Porcelain first, then Clarity.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer, paste paper 2, apply
your mask, delete, merge group.

Paste frame one, resize to 95%, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
add a new raster layer, fill with #f5b1be, move below the frame.
Apply the xero filter, Fritillary with these settings
5, 30 100, 30
Resize rose 1 to 90%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle with the first number on 15,
move to just above the mask layers.

Resize your tube to 35%, being on the frame layer, paste.

Resize rose 1 to 55%, paste at the bottom above the tube layer, duplicate, resize to
75%, move to one side, duplicate, mirror.
Then duplicate one of those, resize again to 75%, place on one side, duplicate, mirror.

Paste the gift box 1 to 90%, paste on the left above the flowers.
Paste the heart balloons 1 on the right below the tube layer and move up some.
Resize the Valentine cupcake to 50%, paste by the gift box on the left.
Resize heart basket 1 to 70&, place on the right side above the flowers.
Resize my cup to 90%, paste at the bottom about center.
Paste ribbon 1 on the frame layer at the top.
Resize the cherries to 40%, place by the teacup on the right, duplicate, move to the left.
Being on the top layer, paste the hearts 2 on the left, duplicate, mirror, move down some
on the right.
Paste sparkle 2 and move down, erase any you don't want on the face, duplicate,
flip, adjust, erase some if needed.
Resize lolli 1 to 60%, paste on the left below the gift box, free rotate to the left at
20 degrees. Do the same with lolli 3 and place it where you like.


Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background you used, merge visible,
duplicate, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change the blend
mode to Screen, the apply the Xero filter-Soft Mood, then Clarity, merge down.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Use whatever drop shadow you prefer

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer, paste paper 3, apply your mask, 
 delete, merge group, resize larger to about 120.

Paste frame 3, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 10, paste paper 1, invert, delete.
Mirror your tube, resize to 80%, paste in the left frame, delete, back to the original tube, mirror, resize to 80%, paste in the smaller frame and move to the right more, merge down with the other tube.
Duplicate, Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur at 4, change the blend mode to Screen.
Apply xero filter-Soft Mood then,  Screen Works Filter, Light Gauze, merge down.

Resize your tube to 38%, paste about center on the frame layer.

Resize lady bug wordart one to 85%, paste one at the bottom on the left below the tube layer, duplicate, move to the upper right.
Resize element 24 to 85%, paste below the lady bug sign at the upper right.
Resize element 6 to 50%, paste on the left at the top of the small frame, free rotate to the left
at 25 degrees, duplicate, mirror, move to the upper right corner of the large frame.

Resize element 7 to 35%, place on the wordart sign at the bottom left, duplicate, resize to
85%, move up on the other sign at the upper right, duplicate, move to the lower right.
Resize element 30 to 50%, flip, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, move to the bottom right and above the mask layer.

Paste element 12 at the upper right above the mask layer, duplicate, flip, mirror.
Resize element 28 to 25%, being on the top layer, duplicate a few times and paste where you like them.
Resize element 23 to 50%, paste on the frame on the left, erase a bit of the paper clip to make it
look like it is clipped on the frame.
Resize element 1 to 50%, paste on the left below the sign, duplicate, mirror, hide the ends behind the other elements.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

If you would like to animate, merge visible with the white background, making sure you crop your tag so no shadows or anything will be on the edge of your tag,
Add your copyright and name,
copy to animation shop and make as many layers as the
animation has.
The one I used had 19 frame layers.
Go to edit, copy all on the animation, then go to the tag on the first frame, go to edit,
paste in selected frames.
Test your animation if happy save.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Use whatever drop shadow you prefer

 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer, paste paper 1, apply your mask, 
 delete, merge group, resize larger to about 120.

Paste element 56, click inside with your mask wand, expand by 5, paste paper 3, invert, delete.

Duplicate the frame, resize to 50%, move down on the lower left side, click inside with the magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 3, invert, delete, resize your tube to 40%, mirror, paste, delete, select none.
Duplicate the tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur at 4, change the blend mode to hard light,
merge the tube and paper down with the small frame, then free rotate to the left at 10 degrees.

Paste element 86 on the large frame layer, resize larger to 110%.

Paste your tube on the right, resize to 35%, bein on the top layer.

Resize element 32 to 50%, paste at the bottom about center.
Resize element 30 to 35%, paste on the left below the hearts, duplicate twice, mirror one, move the other to the left side, adjust.
Paste element 87 at the bottom above the hearts layer.
Resize element 47 to 30%, mirror, place on the right side.
Resize element 16 to 40%, paste on the left below the small frame, duplicate, mirror, adjust a little lower.
Paste element 48 on the right below the tube, adjust, duplicate, mirror, erasing any parts
of the hearts on either one you don't want.
Apply a fat gradient glow using EyeCandy 4000, and select a red from the frame paper to use.
Paste element 35 at the bottom above the hearts.

Resize element 64 to 55%, mirror, paste on the right below the flower.
Paste element 7 at the bottom on the left above the hearts and cross vase, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 84 to 40%, add a fat red gradient like on the hearts, move to the bottom and left below the hearts layer, duplicate, move above the heart layer and to the right more.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

If you would like to animate, merge visible with the white background, making sure you crop your tag so no shadows or anything will be on the edge of your tag,
Add your copyright and name,
copy to animation shop and make as many layers as the
animation has.
The one I used had 16 frame layers.
Go to edit, copy all on the animation, then go to the tag on the first frame, go to edit,
paste in selected frames.
Test your animation if happy save.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer, paste paper 6,
apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Paste valentine ornament for frame, move to the right just a bit, click inside with your
magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 4, adjust so the flower doesn't show, invert, delete,
paste your close up tube, delete, select none, move both below the frame.
Duplicate the tube, go to Adjust Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change the blend mode to
soft light. 
Then apply the Xero filter, Soft Mood to the top tube default setting.
Apply the Xero filter-Porcelain to the bottom tube.

Resize the city scrape to 10%, paste below the frame, change the blend mode to hard light, erase the parts outside the frame, duplicate, move below the paper layer of the frame, duplicate, mirror.

Paste the white fence with roses below the paper layer of the frame on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Paste the red car on the frame layer at the bottom, resize to 95%.
Paste your tube on the left above the car, resize to 35%, apply the Xero filter-Porcelain first,
then Clarity.

Paste the street light on the right below the car, resize to 65%.
Resize sweetheart street sign to 25%, place on the street light.
Resize the red heart balloons to 40%, place below the street light on the right at the top.

Resize red heart with cupid bow to 35%, paste at the upper left behind the tube.

Resize the rose petals to 25%, apply Mura Meister Copies- Glob with the first number on 30,
paste at the bottom above the fence layer, on one side, erase the upper part you don't want showing, duplicate twice, mirror one and move the other to the center more.

Resize the champagne bottle to 35%, place by the car at the bottom.
Resize the red wine glass to 30%, place by the bottle.
Resize sunglasses to 40%, place by the bottle.

Resize road sign love street to 30%, paste on the left below the fence layer.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Go to your Preset Shapes, select the circle, create as vector checked, width 25, draw out
a circle as large as you like, then go to Objects, align center, convert to a raster.
Apply EyeCandy 4000-Chrome with these settings or one you prefer
Reflection map-Outdoor tif.
Bevel 11.41, Bevel Height 50, Smoothness 50,
Ripple Thickness 0, Ripple Width 200.00
Inside marquee checked
To color it go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize with these numbers
H 255, S 100
duplicate the frame, change the blend mode to Burn, merge down.
Click inside your frame, expand by 5, paste paper 3, invert, delete, select none, move below the frame.

Paste your tube, resize to 85%, move below the circle, duplicate, move above, erase
the parts over the circle and below the circle at the bottom.
Apply the Xero filter-Porcelain to both tubes, then Clarity

Resize element 8 to 70%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, move below the paper layer
of the frame.
Resize element 4 to 55%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, changing the first number to 25,
paste on the flower circle.
Paste cupcakes of choice and place at the bottom on the frame layer how you like.
Resize element 14 to 70%, paste on the left side below two layer of the cupcakes.
Paste element 19 on the right, free rotate to the right at 25 degrees.
Resize element 15 to 70%, paste above the cupcakes on the right.
Paste element 17 below the shoe layer.
Paste element 29 and 30 on the right below the shoe layer.

Resize element 8 to 70%, paste below the tube layer on the left a bit, duplicate, mirror, move up below the heart on the right, duplicate, move down so a bit of the green shows at the bottom.
Paste element 3 on the frame layer.
Paste element 12 above the tube layer at the bottom how you like.
Resize element 11 to 60%, place by the whip cream or where you like.
Paste element 22 on the left below the cupcake layers, free rotate to the left at 25 degrees.
Resize element 16 to 70%, place by the shoes.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open your template, hold the shift key and hit the letter d to duplicate, close the original.
Go to Image, Resize to 90% all layers checked, then go to Canvas size and make it 800 x 800, delete the credits.
I did the resize because of my full tube being smaller, if the tube you use is larger then you may not want to resize smaller first.
Paste paper 5 on the bottom layer, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Merge layer 2 down with layer one.

Merge layer 4 down with layer 3, select all, float, defloat, paste paper 2, invert, delete, select none, delete the template layer also.
Then apply a fat gradient glow with the first color being red and the second color being black.

Layer 5 apply the Xero filter-Fritillary with these settings twice
5, 30, 70, 50
Apply the same fat gradient glow as before.

Select layer 6, resize paper 3 to 75%, paste, invert, delete, select none. Add the same fat gradient glow as before.
Select layer 7, mirror, then paste your close up tube, invert, delete, select none. Duplicate your tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change the blend mode to hard light or one you like, merge down.
Layer 8 just add your drop shadow.

Merge layer 10 down with 9, add noise at 50% or what you prefer.
Merge 12 down with 11, add noise at 50%.
Merge layer 14 down with 13, select all, float, defloat, paste your medium size tube and adjust the face how you would like in both squares, delete, select none.

On the wordart add a fat black gradient glow on both.

Paste your full tube on the right side on the top layer.

Paste element 18 above the black squares on the template, resize to 95%.
Resize element 43 to 50%, apply the Mura Meister Copies-Glob at default setting.
Move below the black squares, duplicate, mirror, adjust.
Paste element 3 above the rock layer, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 12 to 50%, place down on the rocks by the tube's foot.
Resize element 8 to 50%, place on the left, being on the top layer, duplicate, mirror, move below your tube layer.
Resize element 24 to 50%, place at the top part, duplicate, flip, mirror.
Resize element 25 to 35%, paste at the bottom by the tombstone, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 28 to 75%, paste at the top where you like, duplicate, move down on the rocks
on the left side.
Resize element 45 to 45%, free rotate to the left at 45 degrees, place below the cat and tube layer on the rocks, sharpen a couple of times.
Paste element 27 below the tombstone on the left, duplicate, mirror, move above the tombstone on the right.
Resize element 44 to 40%, free rotate to the right at 15 degrees, paste on the upper right below the tube layer.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

If you want to make a signature tag and Avator do not merge your tag just yet.

Signature Tag
Open a new image 600 x250, close off your tube and cat on your tag, then copy merged to your new image, resize to 85%.
Resize paper 3 to 75%, paste on the bottom.
Go back to your tag, open your tube layer, copy and paste on the right side, being on the top layer now.
Back to your tag, copy the bird, resize to 75%, paste on the left on the headstone.
Once happy, merge visible, add a frame of choice.
I used AAA Foto Frame with these settings
3, 0, 0, 0, 20, -255, -255, 100
Add your copy right and name.

Avator
Size of choice, I did mine 175 x 200
Again go to your main tag, close off the tube, copy and paste, resize to 75%, move how you like,
then go back, open your tube, paste your tube on the right. If happy with it all, merge visible, add the same frame as before and your copyright and name.

Crop your main tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Use whatever drop shadow you prefer

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer, paste paper 4, apply your mask, delete, merge group, resize the mask to fit your tag later.

Paste frame 2, resize larger to 155%, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 10, paste paper 5, move up so the trees show unless you would prefer them not to show, invert, delete.
Paste the snow swirl on the frame layer, resize larger to 110%, mirror.
Paste the snow swirl original size, resize to 85%, paste on the paper layer of the frame.

Paste snowflake 2 above the mask layer, flip, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle with the first number changed to 20, change the color to match your tag.

Resize your tube to 70%, place at the bottom of the frame.

Paste the sleigh on the right below the cat layer.
Resize the presents to 65%, paste on the right above the cat layer.
Paste tree 2 on the left below the cat layer.
Resize the birdie to 75%, place by the cat on the left.

Resize the blue candy cane to 60%, place by the presents, resize the yellow candy cane to 70%, free rotate to the right at 45 degrees and place by the first one.
Resize bow 4 to 75%, paste at the top of the frame, recolor how you like. I took the blue and gold from the colors and made a gradient with a repeat of 15 to recolor mine.

Add any other elements you would like.

If you want to make a signature tag and Avator do not merge your tag yet.

Signature tag
Open a new image 600 x 250, paste paper 4.
Take each of the elements from your tag and resize most to 70%, or a size you prefer for your tag.
Once happy with it, merge visible and add a frame.
I used AAA Frame-Foto Frames with these settings
3, 0, 0, 2, 0, 0, 0, 50
Add your copyright and name.

Avator
Open a size you are allowed for your group or forum and resize each element to fit your size,
once happy with the look, merge visible and add the same frame as before.
Add copyright and name.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer, paste paper 10, apply your mask, delete, merge group, resize larger to 130%.

Paste element 50, erase the stem and the smallest flowers, resize to 75%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number change to 16.
Resize element 13 to 40%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle with the first number being on 18 this time, move below the first circle you made.

Resize element 24 to 45%, paste below the first circle.
Resize element 5 to 90%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle first number on 12, move to just above the mask layer.

Paste your tube on the top layer on the left side, resize to 45%.

Resize element 31 to 50%, paste below the tube layer and move to the right.

Resize element 27 and 35 to 22%, place both on the right side, one a bit lower.

Resize element 54 to 35%, place at the bottom by the leg of your tube.

Resize element 45 to 55%, paste behind the tube on the left.

Resize element 8 to 25%, paste on the upper right side.

Resize element 10 to 25%, place on the wordart desire, free rotate to the left at 20, duplicate, mirror, move up on the left side.

Resize element 44 to 70%, paste below the violin on the left and move up some, duplicate, mirror, move down some and erase the stem showing at the bottom.

Resize element 40 to 55%, free rotate to the right at 90, paste below the mask layers at the bottom, duplicate, mirror.

Paste element 59 just above the top circle frame, resize to 95%, then take your pick tool and pull in the side to adjust to your liking. Add a medium white gradient glow.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Once you are happy with your tag, close off any backgrounds, merge visible, then go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize, with both numbers on 0.

Then apply the
Xero filter-Radiance to the whole tag, change the first number to 80, sharpen once.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Snow Fun 3 Piece Set

This is a quickie one

Open a new image 800 x 800
Resize paper 5 to 23%, paste, apply your mask, delete and merge group, duplicate, merge down, resize larger to 110%.

Resize element 104 to 60%, paste on the mask layer.
Resize element 115 to 35%, paste on the right, duplicate move to the left and down some.

Resize your tube to 50%, paste off to the left side more.

Resize the overlay 7 to 35%, paste under your tube, duplicate, move above your tube and erase the parts you do not want on top of the tube.

Resize element 113 to 15%, place below the ski's layer to the left.
Resize element 25 to 30%, place behind the tube where you like, change the blend mode to hard light, duplicate, resize to 85%, move over to the right more, duplicate, mirror, adjust.

Resize element 12 to 20%, place on the right side how you like.
Resize element 16 to 20%, place below the ski layers and down, duplicate, mirror and adjust.

Do not merge your tag yet if you are going to do the signature tag.

For the Signature, new image 600 x 250, fill with either white or a light gray.
Paste the mask from your tag, move to one side, duplicate, mirror.
Paste the snowflake layer from your tag.
Copy and paste one of the trees, duplicate a couple of times and place where you like.
Paste the reindeer, resize smaller and place on the right.
Paste your tube, mirror, change the blend mode to overlay and move to the right.
Paste your tube again, move to the left.
Resize the skis, place toward the right and more at the bottom, below your tube layer.
Once happy with it all, merge visible, add copyright and name.
Add a frame of choice, I used AAA Frames-Foto Frame
Width was 3, Matte was 2 and Opacity was 50

If you want to do the Avator like I have, resize the ski cluster to a size to fit what is allowed for your group, then resize the snowflakes and place behind the skis, sharpen and add you name or an initial. If you would like a frame then do like before.

Now Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Xero-Soft Mood and Soft Vignette

 Font of Choice, I used Santa Sleigh Full Bold

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*


Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer, paste paper 9, apply your mask, delete, merge group, resize larger to 115%.
Paste paper 2, apply the mask again, delete, merge group.
Paste frame 4, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, mirror and paste your middle size tube, invert, delete. Change the blend mode to Luminance (L).
Apply the Xero filter-Soft Mood.

Paste the element Sparkle 2, adjust on your close up.

Paste branch 3 below the light color mask on the left at the top, duplicate, mirror, duplicate flip, duplicate, mirror.

Paste your tube on the left side above the frame layer. Apply Xero filter-Soft Vignette with these settings
Elliptical, Foreground Color, Solid
0, 0, 0, 255

Paste the snow mound at the bottom under your tube, duplicate 3 more times, mirror 2 and adjust them under your tube.

Paste the black tree below the tube on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize the sign to 75%, paste on the right, free rotate to the right at 10 degrees.
Resize the house to 75%, place above the tree on the right and over toward the center a bit.

Paste sparkle 3 below the tube layer at the bottom, duplicate, mirror, move up some, duplicate again, mirror, move up more toward the top.

Paste sparkle on top of the other sparkle layers and place more on the tree, duplicate, mirror.
Paste the snowflakes on one side below the tube, duplicate, mirror, adjust.

Resize the snowy branch to 40%, go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize, with both numbers on 0, paste at the base of the sign.
Resize leaf 2 to 25%, place by the leg of the tube, duplicate again and by the foot on the left.
Resize the ribbon to 50%, place below the leaf that is on the leg.
Resize branch 3 to 25%, place below the ribbon by the left.

Resize candle 2, place on the left side above the tube layer.
Resize the flower to 25%, place one by the sign, duplicate, paste the other below the tube on the left.
Resize the crow to 25%, mirror, place on top of the sign.

Add whatever you would like on the sign, I put Beary Christmas.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer, paste paper ?, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Resize the branches to 23%, erase some of the bare stem, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,
changing the first number to 16, paste, flip.
Then take the resize branch and place at the bottom on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Click inside your frame, expand by 10, paste paper 10, invert, delete, move below the frame, then paste the fence how you like, delete, select none.

Resize the wheat straw to 37%, flip, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle changing the first number to 20, move below the branch frame.

Paste your tube on the left side.

Resize the basket of apples to 40%, place on the right of your tube and below the tube layer.
Paste the spray under the apple basket, duplicate, mirror.

Resize the pussy willow to 20%, mirror, paste below the spray element on the right, erase the stem showing below.

Resize the hay bale to 50%, place behind the tube on the left.

Paste the tree below the wheat straw circle on one side, duplicate, mirror, adjust to your liking.

Resize the pinecone to 12%, place by the apple basket.
Resize the branch to 10%, place below the fence layer how you like.
Resize the green flower to 50%, place on the right below the leaf layers.
Resize the wheat straw to 25%, paste below the green flower layer, flip, move down where you like the looks.
Take your free hand tool and draw around whichever gourds you would like to use and place where you like at the bottom of the tag.

Once you have everything you want to add, close off your background if using one, merge visible, apply the Xero filter-Radiance to the whole tag first, then Clarity.

Add any saying you would like, I put Harvest Blessings on mine.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name and any wordart you would like.

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer, paste flower 6, apply your mask, delete and merge group.

Resize frame 2 to 30%, duplicate, change the blend mode to hard light, merge down with the mask layer.

 Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, resize paper 20 to 23%, paste, invert, delete, move below the frame and merge down with the mask layer, then paste your close up, delete, select none.

Duplicate the close up, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur at 4, change the blend mode to hard light, merge down.

Apply the Xero filter-Soft Vignette

Elliptical, Foreground color, Diagonal Dots

1, 0, 0, 255

Duplicate the close up again, being on the bottom one, Adjust, Blur, Motion Blur,  Angle 265 at strength 100, then change the Angle to 85 and apply again. Being on the top tube, merge down.

Resize the cluster to 20%, place on the right, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip, move to the bottom under the other two, duplicate, mirror, adjust all to your liking.

Resize the mushrooms to 20%, place on the right just above the frame layer, duplicate, mirror.

Resize the pumpkins to 15%, paste below the blurred tube on the left.

Resize foliage 2 to 45%, paste above the mushroom layer on one side, duplicate, mirror, having this one above the mushroom also. Duplicate the left one, free rotate at 90 degrees to the right, move below the mushroom layer and up some, duplicate, mirror, duplicate the one on the right again and move up.

Resize flower 1 to 15%, place on the right below the mushroom layer.

Paste your middle size tube on the left, being on the top layer.

Resize the seed pod to 20%, place at the bottom to cover the straight cut of the tube legs, duplicate, resize to 75%, move over some and below the first one.

Resize leaf 5 to 25%, place below the green foliage on the right, duplicate a couple of times, mirror one, move the other more toward the center.

Resize butterfly 1 to 10%, free rotate to the right at 25, place on the left where you like, duplicate, mirror, place where you like on the right.

Resize the tree to 25%, paste on top of the frame layer on the left.

Resize the scare crow to 15%, place on the top layer on the right.

Resize all layers of your tag first, add your copyright and name.

If you want to animate,

merge the mask and paper layer of the frame down with the white background, copy to animation shop and make as many frames as the leaves have, which is 37.

Being on the animation first frame, go to Edit, select all, copy, then go to your first frame of

your tag, Edit, select all, paste into selected frame, paste once more but move it over some.

Then go back to psp, close off that layer and copy merged the other layers, make 37 layers again, go to Edit, select all, copy, then click on the animated tag, Edit, select all, paste into selected frame.

Test and if happy save.

If you don't want to animate,

close off any background, merge visible, resize first, add your copyright

and name, save.

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer, paste paper 2, apply your mask, delete, merge group, resize a bit larger to 105%. 
Apply paper 4, apply the mask again, delete, merge group.

Resize element 7 to 80%, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 4, paste your
close up, invert, delete, then paste paper 1 below the tube layer, delete, select none.
Go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur with the number on 4, change the blend mode to Overlay
or one you prefer.
Apply Screen Work-Light Gauze

Paste your full tube on the top layer and move down some.

Resize element 12 to 80%, place on the left below the tube layer, duplicate, mirror, adjust to your liking.

Resize element 26 to 40%, place on the left below the tube, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 11 to 40%, place on the right below the tube.
Resize element 18 to 70%, place on the right below the mushroom layer.
Resize element 7 to 40%, erase the frame part, flip, move below the mushroom layer on the right, duplicate, mirror, duplicate a couple more times and move them how you like, flipping one or two.

Resize element 14 to 40%, paste below the suitcase on the right, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, resize to 75%, duplicate a couple more times and place where you like.

Resize element 15 to 55%. place at the bottom, below the suitcase layer on the right, duplicate, mirror, duplicate again and move back toward the center more, erasing any of the stem you don't want showing.

Resize element 13 to 15%, place on the mushroom on the left.
Resize element 30 to 12%, place on the right side, free rotate to the left at 20 degrees, duplicate, mirror, place lower on the left side.
Paste element 24 below the suitcase layer, free rotate to the left at 90, adjust.
Resize element 28 to 15%, place by the tube on the right more.
Resize element 27 to 12%, place next to the first cupcake.

Paste the fence just above the frame layer, move how you like, erasing some on each end until it is the way you want it.

Resize element 8 to 65%, erase the frame part, apply Mura Meister Copies, Encircle with the first number on 20, move below the mask layers.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name and any wordart you would like.

Drop shadow on this one I used V-2 H-2 Blur 15
Use whatever drop shadow you prefer

Open your template, hold the shift key and hit the letter d to duplicate, close the original.
Delete the credits and go to Image, Canvas size 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.
Paste paper 1, apply your mask, delete and merge group, adjust to fit your tag.

On the left and right word circle add a fat white gradient glow using EyeCandy 4000,
with these numbers, 3, 25, 100
Add noise at 60% to all the white circles on the colored circles and to some of the snowflakes.
I added noise to the larger ones only.
Paste your tube under the word Snowflake and take your erase and erase some of the straight edge of the snow at the bottom.
Paste element 7 under your tube at the bottom, duplicate, flip, move back down and under the first snow layer, erase the straight edge on the top layer of snow to blend in.

Select the top right dark blue circle, select all, float, defloat, add a new raster layer, fill with
#fec4ce, mirror your tube, paste, adjust the face, invert, delete, select none, delete the template layer also. Duplicate this tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur with the number on 4, change the blend mode to hard light, merge down.

Select the left light blue circle, select all, float, defloat, paste your tube, invert, delete and do the blur and change the blend mode like you did on the other.

Select the top center dark blue circle, add a new layer, fill with #fec4ce, delete the template layer.
Resize element 12 to 75%, place at the top left, duplicate, move down to the lower right, add a light blue drop shadow on these, duplicate one again and resize to 55%, place at the bottom left on the snow. Duplicate more if you like and place them where you like.

Resize element 17 to 60%, place on the right above the snowflake word layer.
Resize element 22 to 55%, place on the left by the foot of the tube on the snow.
Resize element 21 to 55%, place more toward the right.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

If you are going to make the signature tag and Avator do not merge yet.

Signature tag
Make a new image 600 x 250
Close your tube, the word snowflake and the lower face tube, copy merge and paste, resize to 80%.
Go back to your tag and open the word snowflake and paste, resize to 70%.
Open your tube on your tag and paste to the left.
Resize the cat to 55%, place on the word snowflake where you like.
Resize the ski bear to 55%, place on the right bottom.
Resize the cup to 55%, place by the bear, once happy, merge visible.
For the frame, AAA Frames-Foto Frame
Change the width to 0 and Matte on 2, all the other numbers are on 0, except for the
opacity it is at 100 or if you prefer lighter change it lower.
Add your copyright and name.

Avator
Make it the size your forum or group allows
Mine is 150 x 200
Copy your signature tag and paste, adjust how you like it, merge visible.
Frame for both the signature and Avator will be the same.
Add your copyright and name or initial.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name and any wordart you would like.
