Rock On Valentine

 
This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of  Ismael Rac

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

EyeCandy 4000-Bevel Boss (Optional)
 
 Font of Choice, I used Shelley Volante BT 

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open your template, hold the shift key and hit the letter d to duplicate, close the original, delete credits.
Go to Image, Canvas size, make it 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.
On the bottom layer, add a new layer, fill with #cd0000, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Merge black strip one down with black strip 2, apply EyeCandy 4000-Glass
Apply twice with these settings or play around and get the look you want.Bevel Width 10.80
Smoothness 75
Inside marquee checked
30, 35, 50, 0, 50, Color black
Bevel Profile on Button
Lighting, 120, 47
100, 40
Ripple thickness 35, 72
Then change the lighting direction to
324, 48, apply again.

Large red circle, apply the glass with the last settings you use, add noise at 40%.

Large white circle add noise at 40% or what you prefer.
Now select your white circle, float, defloat, paste your close up tube, invert, delete, duplicate.  Apply Gaussian blur at 5, change the blend mode to hard light, merge down.
Apply the Xero filter-Mistifier with these settings
255, 165, 255, 255, 255
Large circle overlay, leave as is.

Red circle, select, float, defloat, mirror your tube, paste, invert, delete, change the blend mode to screen. Apply the Xero filter-Soft Mood.
Then apply VM Extravaganza-Transmission to the red circle with these settings
40, 10
Then apply PhotoEffex-Scanlines
2, 2, 20, 10
0, 0
Now apply EyeCandy 4000 Bevel Boss with these settings
13.76, 50, 75, 0
Inside marquee checked
Lighting, 210, 54
Bevel Profile, Button
Colors White and Black

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

I "LOVE" You

 Font of Choice, I used Big Surprise 

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer, resize element 16 to 85%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, changing the first number to 16.
Apply your mask, delete and merge group, resizing the mask larger to 110.

Paste fc1, duplicate, resize smaller to 86%, move below the top frame, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 3, invert, delete, move below the frames, mirror your close up tube, paste, delete select none.
Duplicate the tube, Gaussian blur at 5, change the blend mode to screen.
Apply the filter Screen Works-Dot Screen, merge down.
On the frames take your magic wand, click on the parts you would like to add noise at 40%.  You will have to click several times or you could use your free hand tool and draw around the parts you would like the noise.

Paste your full tube on the right, resize to 95%.

Paste the wordart at the bottom, apply a medium white gradient glow, duplicate, move to the top, below the paper layer of the frame layers.

Resize element 17 to 60%, paste on the right above your tube layer.
Resize element 7 to 50%, paste on the right.
Resize element 2 to 50%, paste on the left side below the wordart layer.
Resize element 5 to 50%, paste on the left below the wordart.
Resize element 13 to 50%, duplicate, place more in the center below the wordart.
Resize element 4 to 40%, place by the bottles, duplicate, mirror, adjust.
Resize element 10 to 50%, paste on the left below the phone.
Resize element 6 to 40%, place by the phone.
Resize element 20 to 30%, paste on the right between the chocolate glass and perfume.
Resize element 9 to 30%, free rotate to the left at 90, place by the phone under the wordart.
Resize element 18 to 30%, duplicate a couple of times, place where you like below some of the other layers.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Dreams

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

This is a Quickie one

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.
Resize element 10 to 45%, paste.

Paste element 2 to 20% move down some, paste your tube on top of this.
Paste your close up tube below element 10, apply your mask, invert, delete, duplicate, Gaussian blur at 5, change the blend mode to screen.
Apply Screen Works, Light Gauze on the top close up, lower the opacity to around 60 on the bottom close up, do not merge.

Resize element 4 to 15%, paste more on the right above the close up tube layer.

Resize element 6 to 30%, paste on the left below the pillow layer, duplicate, mirror, resize to 60%, sharpen once.

Resize paper 2 to 23%, paste on the bottom layer, apply the same mask, erase the lines on this mask showing on the face of the close up tube, so you don't have so many lines.

Resize element 15 to 30%, place below your tube layer at the bottom.

Resize element 14 to 15%, paste on the mask layer, erase the leaves showing on the face, duplicate, mirror, flip. Then go back to the top one, mirror to the left.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Waiting For You

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Use whatever drop shadow you prefer
 
 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer, paste element 2, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number being on 12, apply your mask, delete and merge group, resize larger to 110.
Then go to Effects, Textures Effects, Texture and apply the brick wall texture with these settings

Resize element 11 to 70%, duplicate and line up side by side, merge down.
Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 4, add a new layer, fill with black or a color you prefer, select none and move below the phone booths.
Apply EyeCandy4000-Glass, twice with these settings or play around and get the look you want.
Bevel Width 10.98
Smoothness 52
Inside marquee checked

Resize element 4 to 25%, paste at the top on one side, duplicate, move over to the other side on the phone booth.
Resize element 16 to 25%, paste at the top of the phone booth.

Resize your tube to 43%, place on the right side.

Resize element 35 to 60%, free rotate to the right, move below the paper layer of the phone booth, move in so the hearts don't show and erase the edges to match up with the phone booth, duplicate, move below the first one and pull out some, duplicate both, mirror and adjust on the other side.

Paste element 32 below your tube layer at the bottom, resize to 60%, erase the balloon part.

Resize element 27 to 80%, paste on the mask layer on one side, move up a bit, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 12 to 30%, paste on the left on the ribbon at the bottom, duplicate, mirror, move back to the left below the first shoe.
Resize element 22 to 20%, place below the shoe layer, free rotate to the right at 15 degrees.

Resize element 40 to 50%, place on the left below the shoes.
Resize element 29 to 30%, place where you like at the bottom.

I added one of the free owls, resized to 15% and placed on the top of the phone booth.
Get these charming five owls on purchases over 7 euros for January only, then you will not be able to get them after January for free.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Use whatever drop shadow you prefer
 
 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer, paste paper 1, apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Apply the Tramages Filter-Mo'Jellyfish with these settings on the mask layer.
160, 160, 132

Paste element 36, resize to 85%, free rotate to the right at 15 degrees, move below the mask and over to the right just a bit, duplicate, change the blend mode to burn, merge down.

Paste your close up tube, mirror, resize to 80%, apply the same mask to the tube, delete, merge group, duplicate, Gaussian blur at 5, change the blend mode to screen, merge down. Lower the Opacity to 83 or so.

Resize your tube to 70%, paste on the left side on the top layer.

Resize element 1 to 70%, paste on the tube layer.
Resize element 24 to 75%, paste on the left below the tube layer, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 23 to 25%, place by the bike.
Resize element 19 to 30%, place by element 23, go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation,
colorize, with both numbers on 0.
Resize element 3 to 10%, paste on the hat.
Resize element 40 to 60%, paste on the frame at the upper right.

Paste element 48 above the tube layer at the bottom, duplicate, move up to the left and on the mask layer, be sure to watch the edges, you might want to erase a little of them.

Resize element 9 to 65%, paste below the mask layer, duplicate, flip, duplicate free rotate to the right, duplicate, mirror, adjust as needed.

Use wordart of choice, I used #3 and pasted it on the top layer at the bottom, added a medium white gradient glow.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Signature Tag

Open a new image 600 x 250 or a size you prefer, paste paper 10.
Paste the city and move to the bottom.
 
Resize your tube to 40%, paste in the center.
Paste the glitter spray below your tube layer on the bottom.
 

Resize the coins to 35%, paste on one side, duplicate, mirror.
 
Paste flower 2 on the right side, duplicate, mirror, adjust, change blend mode to screen, and apply the Xero Filter-Radiance, duplicate, apply Screen Works-Light Gauze, then merge down.
 
Paste the fireworks on the flower layer, move to one side and down a bit, sharpen, add noise at 50%, duplicate, mirror.
Resize the music notes to 50%, paste on the left behind your tube and move over to the left more, duplicate, mirror.
 
Resize the street sign to 20%, paste below the tube layer, duplicate, mirror.
 
Resize wordart 2 to 50%, place on top of your tube layer at the bottom, apply a medium white gradient glow.
 
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
 
Do not merge yet, you will copy merged with the wordart closed and paste into your Avator first, once you have done that, then merge and add your frame.
 
I use AAA Frames-Foto Frames with these settings
2, 0, 0, 1, 0, 0, 0, 50
 
Sharpen and then add your copyright and name.
 
Avator
Open a new image to a size you prefer, I did mine
200x 200
Close off the wordart in your signature tag, paste, resize to 82%, move to the right a bit, merge visible and add your frame.
I use AAA Frames-Foto Frames with these settings
2, 0, 0, 1, 0, 0, 0, 50
 
Once happy with both,  sharpen, add your copyright and names.

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.
Paste paper 11, apply your mask, delete and merge group, resize larger to 115%.

Resize element 33 to 65%, paste, duplicate, free rotate to the left at 45 degrees,
click inside the top frame, expand by 5, paste paper 21, invert, delete, select none, duplicate, free rotate to the left at 45 and move below the bottom frame.

Back on the top frame, click inside, expand by 5, paste your close up tube, invert, delete, duplicate the tube, Gaussian blur at 5, change the blend mode to screen.
Apply the filter Screen Works-Light Gauze, merge down.

Paste your tube on the top frame layer at the bottom.

Resize element 8 to 30%, paste on the left under the hand of the tube.
Resize element 30 to 35%, paste on the right above the tube layer.
Resize element 21 to 15%, place by the tube, duplicate, move below the tube by the hand. On the original, resize to 10%, place one by the larger one and the other where you prefer.

Resize element 12 to 25%, place by the foot of the bear.
Resize element 2 to 20%, place by the bear.

Resize element 17 to 25%, place by the cup, duplicate and move up and over a bit.

Resize element 29 to 25%, place at the top left of the frame.
Resize element 11 to 20%, place on top of the heart hanger you just pasted.

Resize element 15 to 50%, place above the mask layer on one side, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, move to the bottom, duplicate, flip.

Resize element 22 to 50%, paste on the right below the tube layer.
Resize element 42 to 25%, place by the bear on the right.
Resize element 7 to 25%, mirror, then move back below the I Love you cupcake layer on the left, duplicate, move up a bit and below the first one.

Resize element 1 to 30%, place on the right behind your tube layer.

Resize element 39 to 20%, paste on the bottom on the frame layer under your tube, duplicate about 3 times and move each one over some.

Element 36, erase the heart with the wording on it and the flowers, paste on once side of the frame, below the elements on the frame, duplicate, mirror, move below the balloon, duplicate free rotate to the right at 90, place at the top, erasing any parts you don't want showing, you may have to duplicate this again and move over.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Resize element 31 to 20%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number being on 16, paste on the frame layer.

Paste element 42 on the mask layer, enlarge to 113%.

Resize your tube to 35%, paste on the frame layer.

Resize element 3 to 40%, paste at the bottom on your tube layer, add a fat white gradient glow.

Resize element 4, 5, and 6 to 20%, place below the tube layer how you like, duplicate, mirror and adjust on the other side.

Resize element 14 to 25%, paste by the spoon on the left.
Resize element 33 to 35%, paste on the right by the cupcake, duplicate, move to the left, duplicate again, move to the center and below the tube layer.

Resize element 27 to 30%, place on the right.
Resize element 26 to 32%, place on the left below all the cupcake layers.
Resize element 41 to 20%, mirror, place below the spoon layer on the tube layer.
Resize element 37 to 30%, free rotate to the right, place between the cupcakes on each side.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Mardi Gras Time

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Drop shadow on this one I used V-2 H-2 Blur 15
Use whatever drop shadow you prefer
 
 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.
Resize paper 3 to 23%, paste, apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Resize paper 4 to 23%, paste, apply your mask again, delete, merge group.

Paste scalloped frame, resize to 25%, free rotate to the left or right, duplicate, free rotate to the left at 15, duplicate, mirror, moving both below the top frame.
Click inside the top frame with your magic wand, you will have to click a few times, expand by 5, resize paper 9 to 23%, paste, invert, delete, then resize your tube to 50%, mirror, paste, delete, select none.
Change the blend mode to overlay, moving both below the frame layer.
Apply the Xero filter-Radiance to your tube.

Duplicate the paper in the frame, free rotate to the left, move below the other frames, duplicate, mirror, lining them up with the other frames.

Being on the top frame, resize your tube to 30%, paste more to the left side.

Resize the painted rose to 15%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle with the first number on 12, move to just above the mask layer.

Resize the Rose Vine to 25%, free rotate to the left at 90, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle with the first number on 20, move below the painted rose layer.

Resize the heart vine bow to 10%, paste on each corner of the frame, top and bottom.
Resize the Mardi Gras doll to 20%, paste on the left above the tube layer.

Resize the two mask to 10%, free rotate one to the left at 15 and one to the right at 15, paste on the right side below the heart vine.

Resize the feather mask to 15%, paste on the right below the face masks.
Resize the Jester necklace to 5%, place on the doll, erase the chain a bit at the top.
On the original necklace, resize to 10%, free rotate to the right at 45, place on the right side below the mask layer, duplicate, move above the tube layer, erase the chain over the mask and any other part you do not want showing.

Resize the feather to 15%, free rotate to the left at 90, place at the bottom below the heart vine layer, duplicate, mirror.
Resize the lollipop to 25%, free rotate to the left at 10, place behind the tube on the left, duplicate, move up some.

Resize the wordart to 10%, place at the upper right, apply a medium white gradient glow.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Drop shadow on this one I used V-2 H-2 Blur 15
Use whatever drop shadow you prefer
 
 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer, paste paper of choice, I used # 5,
apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 36, resize to 90%.

Paste element 2, resize to 80%, click inside the 2 empty hearts, you will have to click several times in the lower one, expand by 2, paste paper 3, move below the frame, mirror and paste your tube in the lower heart, delete, select none.
Apply the Xero filter-Porcelain to all your tubes.

Apply your drop shadow to the heart element, then apply a medium red gradient, then your drop shadow again, sharpen once.

Paste your tube on the left side, move below element 2, duplicate, move above, erasing the bottom part of the tube you don't want showing on both.

Paste Doodle 1 above the wire on the upper left, duplicate, mirror, move down on the right side, duplicate the first one, free rotate to the left at 90, move to the bottom left.

Resize element 40 to 45%, paste on the right below the heart frame layer.
Resize element 29 to 25%, paste by the shoes on the right.

Resize element 31 to 50%, paste on the left side.

Paste element 8 below the mask layer, erase the heart part, duplicate, flip, merge down.

Resize element 27 to 15%, duplicate, mirror one and place them how you like.

 Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Drop shadow on this one I used V-2 H-2 Blur 15
Use whatever drop shadow you prefer
 
 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

This is a quickie one.

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer, apply paper of choice, I used #14, apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Go to Effects, Texture Effects, Weave with these settings
2, 10, 1, color #dfe6ba, fill gaps checked.

Resize element 30 to 20%, free rotate left or right, duplicate, will come back to this to adjust once the other frame is pasted.
Resize element 3 to 25%, paste on top of the other frames, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 10, resize paper of choice to 23%, I used paper #9, paste, invert, delete, move below this frame.
Back on the other frames, adjust around the red frame, erase the side that shows the overlap parts.

Paste your tube below the top red frame, duplicate, move above the frame, erasing the leg part over the frame.

Resize element 8 to 25%, paste at the lower left just above the mask layer, duplicate, flip, mirror.
Resize element 44 to 25%, paste at the lower right side above the tube layer.
Resize element 42 to 15%, paste at the upper left side.
Resize element 26 to 15%, place on the upper left on the wordart Hope, duplicate, move to the lower right on the wordart Love.

Resize element 19 to 10%, mirror, paste on the upper right red frame, duplicate, mirror, move to the bottom left.
Resize element 37 to 15%, paste on the button ribbon at the top right, being below the wordart layer at the bottom.

 Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Love Potion

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer, paste paper 10, apply your mask, delete, merge group. Then paste paper 8, apply the mask again, delete, merge group, merge down.

Paste element 12, duplicate, being on the bottom one, apply Toadies-Where are You with both numbers on 16.

Paste your tube in the center on the top frame, mirror.

Back on the top frame, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 8, invert, delete, paste your smaller tube inside, one being mirrored first into each side , delete, select none, merge your tubes together, duplicate, Gaussian Blur at 5, change the blend mode to screen, merge down.
Apply the Xero filter-Soft Mood.
Being on the top frame again, duplicate, change the blend mode to hard light, merge down.

Paste element 06 at the bottom, erase any part of the tube showing below.
Paste element 24 on the left below the wordart.
Paste element 22 on the right.
Resize element 25 to 50%, mirror, paste at the upper right.

Back to your mask layer, select all, float, defloat, paste your middle size tube at the lower left, mirror the tube before pasting in the upper right, invert and delete on both tubes.
Paste element 03 on the mask layer, move to the left and erase any part you to not want showing, duplicate, mirror, erasing again any part you do not want, duplicate one more time and move to the bottom and erasing again parts of it.

Resize element 23 to 70%, paste below the first cupcake and move to the left a bit.
Resize element 11 to 50%, place on the wordart or at the bottom, wherever you prefer.

Resize element 27 and 28 to 50%, place on top of the wordart how you like.
Resize element 18 to 50%, place on the right below the wordart.

Resize element 19 to 50%, paste on the right below the cupcake layer, duplicate and move up some, duplicate, mirror, move below the love potion bottle, duplicate, move up some and below the first balloon.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Mura Meister Copies-Encircle
 
Font of Choice, I used Chocolate Box 

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Use whatever drop shadow you prefer
 
 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.
Resize paper 12 to 23%, paste, apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Then resize paper 8 the same, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Resize ramka1 to 70%, duplicate, resize to 90%, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, resize paper of choice to 22%, paste invert, delete.
Paste your close up, delete, select none.

Resize your tube to 45%, paste on the right side on the top frame.

Resize element 9 to 15%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, move below the paper layer of the frame.

Resize element 11 to 15%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle.

Resize wordart 5 to 40%, paste twice, move one below the paper layer of the frame and up toward the top more, paste the other one above the tube layer and down some, use your free hand tool or erase the words above LOVE.

Resize element 14 to 25%, place on the left side on the frame, duplicate, resize to
75%, paste on the right side below the tube layer.

Resize element 15 to 25%, mirror and place behind your tube at the top.

Erase the stem part on element 33, then resize to 22%, paste on the upper left side on top of the threads of the hearts, free rotate to the left at 10 degrees.

Resize element 18 to 15%, paste at the lower left below the wordart, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 63 to 15%, paste above the layers you just pasted.
Resize element 60 to 15%, paste on the right bottom below the frame layers.

Resize element 1 to 25%, paste on the top layer where you like, duplicate, flip, move below the tube layer at the top.

Resize element 47 to 25%, free rotate to the right at 90, paste below the tube layer on the right, duplicate, mirror, move between the frame layers on the left.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

All You Need is Love-No Scrap

This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Font of Choice, I used Acryle Script

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Drop shadow on this one I used V-2 H-2 Blur 50
Use whatever drop shadow you prefer
 
 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open your template, hold the shift key and hit d to duplicate and close the original, delete the credits.  Then go to Image, Canvas size, making it 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.
Fill with a color of choice below the template layers, add your mask, delete, merge group, then go to Effects, Texture Effects, Weave
2, 10, 1 color white in both boxes, gap filled checked.

Select the pink rectangle, add a new raster layer, fill with a gradient, using a color from your tube for the foreground and white for the background.
Click on gradient, change the angle to 45 and repeat to 4.

Black rectangle, apply the filter PhotoEffex-Scanlines
width on 2, spacing 2
50, 50,
100, 0
Frame fill, fill with white, go to Effects, Texture Effects, Weave
2, 10, 1 color of choice for both color boxes, gap filled checked.

Shape frame background add noise at 50%.

Shape frame, select, add a new raster layer, fill with color of choice, add noise at 50%, then go to Effects, 3D Effects Inner Bevel Effects
Shape2, width 2
8, 4, 4, 0
48, 36, 42 color white
Add noise at 50%

Square frame fill, new layer fill with white.
Square frame white background, add noise at 50%.

Square frame black background, leave as is or fill with a color from your tube.
Square frame, fill with a color from your tube, add noise at 50%.

Paste your tube on the square frame fill, duplicate, move above the frame, erase the parts you do not want showing on both.

Heart fill, select, new layer, fill with white, paste your tube how you like, invert, delete, duplicate, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur number on 5, change the blend mode to scree, select none, merge down.

Add noise at 50% on the white frame background.
Leave the black heart background as is.
Heart, new layer, fill with the gradient you used before.

Love white background add noise at 50%
Love add a new layer, fill with the gradient as before, add the bevel effect with the same settings as before.

Select the flowers, new layer, fill with a color of choice, bevel effect as before, add noise at 50% on the white background, merge the flower layers together, duplicate, mirror and place on the left how you like them.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Ready for Speed

This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.
Paste the wire and once you draw your circle, take your pick tool and make the wire a bit larger.
Click on your preset tool and select the circle one, set the width to 40, draw a circle over the wire, convert to raster layer.
Apply EyeCandy4000-Bevel Boss with these settings or play around and get one you prefer
Bevel width 5.76
Bevel Height 50,  Smoothness75,  0
Lighting

Highlight color white, Shadow color black

Button
Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, new raster layer, fill with white, apply the filter Screen Works-Lace Screen.
Paste the double flags and move toward the top more.

Paste the film strip and resize to 90%, move toward the bottom more, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 3, paste paper of choice, I used #11 and
then go to Adjust
Hue and Saturation, colorize with both numbers on 0.

Paste tire tracks 1, free rotate to the right at 45 degrees, move under the car tires,
get your Pick tool, hold down the shift key and being on the top corner square, pull down as far as you want it to be, then go to the other corner at the top and do the same until the tracks are straight under the car tires. Then pull each end out to make it a bit longer.

Paste the stop light above the filmstrip, resize to 90%, change the color of the lights to those of a regular street light colors, green, yellow and red or
if you like these colors then leave them as it.

Resize the speed sign to 50%, change the color like before with the car or leave as is and paste on the stop light post.

Paste car 2 below the double flags in the circle, resize to 50%, change the color like before, duplicate, mirror.

Being on the top layer now, paste your tube with the rim on the right side, and your other tube on the left side below the car layer.

Resize the tire iron to 30%, place by the tube on the right.
Resize the wrench to 25%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees.
Resize the rim to 45%, place behind the tube on the left, duplicate and move over and up a bit, change the color like before.
Resize the pit pass to 20%, place on the left on the film strip and erase a little bit of the chain to make it look like it is hanging on there.
Resize the dragonfly to 35%, place at the top where you like.
Resize the sunglasses to 25%, change the color, paste on the left by the car.

Add a new raster layer, fill with black, apply your mask, move to the bottom layer and resize larger if needed.

 Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
