This is a No Scrap tut

Open the template, duplicate and close the original, delete the credits.

Starting at the bottom, merge layer 2 down with 1, then select, float, defloat, new raster layer, fill with black, go to
Effects, Texture Effects, Weave
1, 10, 1 both colors on white.

Select layer 3 of the template, new raster layer, fill with #e27388.
Apply PhotoEffex-Scanlines
1, 2 20, 10 noise at 50

Select layer 4, new layer, fill with black.

Select layer 5, new layer, fill with black, then go to Selections
Modify, Select section borders at 3, new layer and fill with #e27388,
select none.
Add noise at 50% or what you prefer.
Select your black layer you just made, float, defloat, paste your smaller full body tube, invert, delete, duplicate and mirror, change the blend mode on both to Luminance (L).
Apply Xero Filter-Soft Mood.

Select layer 6, new raster layer, fill with #e27388.
Go to
Effects, Texture Effects, Weave
1, 10, 1 both colors on white.
Apply a Fat gradient using EyeCandy4000-Gradient Glow on white.

Go up to layer 9, new layer, fill with a gradient color, making the foreground color  #e27388 and the background color white, click on the gradient tap and find your foreground color and click that, change the repeat to 5 and the angle to 45.
Keep selected, mirror your close up first then paste, invert and delete, select none.
Apply the Xero Filter-Mistifier and change the first 2 numbers to 200.

Leave the wordart white and the smaller dotted circle white.

Paste your tube and place on the right side.
Merge layer 8 down with 7, apply a medium white gradient glow and then your drop shadow.
Merge layer 13 down with 12, new layer, fill with your gradient you made before, add noise at 50%.

Now being on the bottom layer, fill with your gradient and apply your mask, delete and merge group, flip, duplicate and mirror, adjust as needed.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
