Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.
Resize frame 2 to 35%, paste, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, resize paper 1 to 22%, paste, invert, delete, select none,
move the paper below the frame layer.
Resize paper 5 to 22%, paste, apply your mask, delete and merge group.
You can resize your mask later to fit your tag better.
Resize element 7 to 40%, paste on the upper left side, above the frame layer.
Duplicate, mirror, resize to 90%, move below the paper layer of the frame,
and adjust to your liking on the right, erasing the truck of the tree at the bottom.
Duplicate, resize to 75%, mirror, flip and adjust at the bottom left side,
duplicate again, mirror and adjust on the right side bottom.
Paste your tube above the frame layer.
Resize element 16 to 20%, free rotate to the left at 90, paste inside the frame
at the bottom, erase the part showing outside the frame, duplicate, flip
and adjust at the top.
Resize element 4 to 20%, apply the Mura Meister Filter-Encircle with
the number at 12, and all others as is, move below all the palm tree layers
and up to the top, duplicate, move down to the bottom and above the
palm tree layers.
Resize element 15 to 10%, mirror, place on the palm tree,
erasing the tree part of the bird.
Resize element 10 to 30%, paste on the bottom right side.
Resize element 13 to 15%, duplicate and paste one on each side of the frame.
Resize element 4 to 15%, duplicate 3 more times, paste 2 on one side and
the other 2 on the other side, moving 2 below the palm layers on each side.
The other 2 above the frame layer and have the animal sitting on it.
Resize element 5 to 15%, free rotate to the left, move below the
flower the animal is sitting on, adjust to your liking, duplicate, mirror.
Duplicate twice more and place how you like.
Resize element 17 to 20%, place on one side just above the last circle flower above the mask layer, duplicate, mirror, duplicate,
free rotate to the left or right at 90, place at the top or bottom, duplicate, flip.
Add any other elements you would like, once happy with it all,
close off any background used and merge visible.
Resize first, then add copyright and name.
That's it
