Emo Girl

This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of  katharine.

Supplies Needed

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Font of Choice, I used Sverige Script

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

 

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer, paste paper 8,
apply your mask, delete and merge group.

Paste frame 3, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper
4, invert, delete, mirror your tube, then paste, delete, select none, moving both
below the frame layer.
Duplicate the frame, resize larger to 105% and move below the first one.

Duplicate your tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur at 5,
change the blend mode to screen or one you prefer.

Paste Sparkle 1 on the paper layer in the frame, erase any showing outside the frame.

Paste the Glitter 1 just above the mask layer, flip and mirror.

Paste Rose 1, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle.
Paste the Rose again but flip it this time and apply Encircle again.

Resize your tube to 40%, place above the frame layer on the right.

Resize ribbon 2 to 80%, place at the bottom by the legs of your tube.

Resize Emo bear 1 to 70%, place on the right side.
Resize the pills to 60%, place below the bear layer.

Resize Star 1 to 50%, place on the right side below the ribbon layer.

Resize the Dairy to 60%, place on the left side above the ribbon layer.
Resize the boots to 80%, place on the left below the dairy.

Resize the phone to 40%, free rotate to the left at 25 degrees, you can click
several times with your magic wand or take your freehand tool and draw around
the light color on the phone, resize your orginial tube to 30%, mirror and paste,
invert, delete, select none.
Change the blend mode to overlay.

Resize the cupcake to 50%, place on the right below the tube layer.
Resize the lip gloss to 65%, place by the diary.
Resize the bomb to 75%, place below the boot layer on the left.

Resize the candy to 60%, paste about center below the boot layer, duplicate,
move above the diary layer and over a bit.

Paste Sparkle 2 on the top layer and move down, erase any part you do
not want on your tube layer.

Resize the emo butterfly to 30%, place on the right below the tube layer, duplicate,
free rotate to the right at 30, move to the upper left side.

Add any other elements you would like.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
Always check your tag for any shadows on the edges.
