Creative Misfits Creations-Mask by Tonya called Halloween Glowing Pumpkins   HERE
Xero-Soft Mood, Clarity and Radiance
Font of Choice, I used Puppy Pooky

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

This is a quick and easy one.

Open your template, hold the shift key and hit the letter d to duplicate, close the original, delete the credits and erase the pixel wordart and the dotted lines outside of the template area.

Paste paper 7, apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Paste the fence on top of the mask layer.

Select large orange circle, resize larger to 105, add noise at 50%, or what you prefer.
Large black circle add noise at 100%.

Being on the top layer paste your tube on the left side.

Select the inner circle, float, defloat, mirror your close up tube first, then paste, invert, delete, select none. Apply the xero filter-Soft Mood, then Clarity.

Select the inner circle again, float, defloat, rotate your close up 90 degrees to the right, then paste, adjust how you like it, then invert, delete, select none.
Apply the xero filter-Radiance, then change the blend mode to soft light.

Select the right black circle, paste paper 6, invert, delete.
Select the small white circle,  paste paper 8, duplicate, change the blend mode to hard light.

White rectangle, add noise at 100%.
White wordart add noise at 100% to that also.

Resize lips 2 to 40%, place on the right, free rotate to the right at 20 degrees.
Resize the cat to 65%, place on the right side above the tube layer, change the color of the eye to a reddish or orange color.

Paste the sparkle on the top layer, I moved the cat then above the sparkle layer.
Do whatever you prefer on your tag.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
