Font of Choice, I used give me some sugar

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Drop shadow on this one I used V-2 H-2 Blur 15
Use whatever drop shadow you prefer

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer, paste paper 10, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
I resize my mask larger to 110%.

Paste element 012, free rotate to the left at 5 degrees, move to the left some, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 06, invert, delete, mirror and paste your tube, delete, select none.
Duplicate your tube, Gaussian blur at 4, change the blend mode to screen, merge down, now change the blend mode to Luminance (L).
Close off your mask and any background you might have, merge these layers together, then reopen your mask and background layer.

Paste your tube on the right side above the frame layer, moving to the right more.

Paste element 040 on the right below your tube layer and move up some, duplicate, mirror, duplicate again, move down and erase the trunk part showing at the bottom, adjust to your liking.
Paste element 052 on the upper right below the frame layer, adjust a bit above the tree, duplicate, mirror, flip, adjust, duplicate, mirror, adjust again.

Paste element 025 below the tube layer at the top.

Paste element 059 on the right below the sparkle layer close to the left side of the tube, duplicate, move out up a bit higher on the right of the tube.
Duplicate, mirror, duplicate, resize to 75%, adjust both on the left side.

Paste element 029 on the tube layer at the bottom to cover the cut off part of the legs.
Paste element 03, resize to 50%, place on the left side.
Resize element 008 to 55%, place on the left below the wordart sign.

Paste element 060 on the left bottom side below the frame layer, duplicate, mirror, move above the long flower stem on the right side.

Resize element 055 to 55%, paste below the frame layer on the left at the bottom, duplicate, mirror, duplicate again and move more to the center and above the green leaf layer. Duplicate the left one again, flip, move down some and below the large flower layer.

Resize element 047 to 60%, duplicate once or twice and place them where you like.
Resize element 023 to 95%, paste at the bottom on the top layer.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
