The Artist in You

 
This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of  Keith Garvey.
The tube is called Artist.
You need a license to use this art work. Please do not use without a license.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.
Paste paper 2, apply your mask, delete, merge group, duplicate the mask, flip, mirror.
Go to your preset tool and select the circle, anti alias and create as a vector checked, width on 40, draw out a circle or oval shape on top of the mask layer to a size you like, change to a raster layer.
Go to Selections, select all, new raster layer, paste paper 2, invert, delete, select none. Apply these settings or play around and get one you prefer,
An inner bevel using EyeCandy 4000 with these settings
Width 5.76,  Height 50,  Smoothness 75
Inside marquee checked

Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 2, invert, delete, then paste your close up, delete, select none, moving both the paper and the tube below the frame and merge the tube now on the paper.
Apply the Xero filter-Artworx with these settings
Fine lines
20, 20, 10, 370
10, 10, 16, 0
220, 255
Paste your tube, mirror and place on the left side above the frame layer.

Resize element 46 to 20%, place on the right side, duplicate, move to the left below the tube layer, adjust.

Resize element 45 to 80%, place on the right in front of the Easel by the legs.
Resize element 47 to 30%, place by the case.
Resize element 42 to 50%, place below the tube on the left side.
Resize element 43 to 50%, place under the tube layer.

Paste your tube on the Easel on the right, take your selection tool, draw around the white of the Easel, invert and being on your tube, delete, select none, change the blend mode to Luminance (L) and lower the opacity to 65, merge down, then apply the Xero filter, Artworx with the same settings as before.

Resize tubes 37 and 38 to 15%, place where you like.
Resize element 48 to 10%, place it on the Easel on the left.

Resize some of the paint elements to 15%, then take your pick tool, holding the shift key, and taking the top square of the pick tool and pull down on each side to make them lay flat and place where you like.
Resize element 3 to 10%, free rotate to the left at 80, place on the left by the paint cans.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
