*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Let's get started
Open the template, hold the shift key and hit the d to duplicate and close the original, then go to Image, canvas size and make it 800 x 800 or one you prefer.

Delete the font info, credits and all the shoe layers. If you prefer using the shoe with the template then do not delete any part of it.

Paste paper of choice, apply your mask, I used paper 3, delete and merge group, resize later to fit your tag better.

Starting at the bottom of the template, select the large crème circle, add a new layer, fill with white and add noise at 50%.

Select the large pink circle, paste paper 3, invert, delete, also delete the template layers as you go along.

Select the slanted purple rectangle, paste paper 6, moving how you like the colors to show, invert, delete.
Select the top green rectangle, paste paper 6 again, invert, delete.
Top crème dotted rectangle, select all, float, defloat, new layer, fill with white,
add noise at 50%, select none.

Right large crème circle, select all, float, defloat, new layer, noise at 50%.
Select the orange circle, paste paper 8, move until you get the part of colors you like, invert, delete.
Left purple rectangle, paste paper 5, move down some so more yellow is showing, invert, delete, then mirror your close up tube, paste, delete, select none.
Apply the Xero Filter-Soft Vignette with these settings
Elliptical, Foreground color, Square dots
1, 0, 0, 255
Left white rectangle layer, add noise at 50%.
Orange rectangle, paste paper 2, move to the colors you want to show, invert, delete.
Pink rectangle paste the same paper again and adjust, invert, delete.

Right purple rectangle, paste paper 5, invert, delete.
Add noise at 50% to the right white rectangle outline.

Top crème circle, paste paper 8, invert, delete.
Top pink dots, select, new layer, fill with white, add noise if you like, select none.

Bottom green rectangle, paste paper 2, move to your liking, invert, delete.
Bottom crème dashed rectangle, new layer, fill with white, noise if you like.

Center purple rectangle, paste paper 5, invert, delete.
Center white rectangle outline add noise.

Bottom crème circle, paste paper 8, invert, delete.
Bottom pink dots, select, new layer, fill with white, add noise if you like, select none.

Paste your full tube below all the wordart layers and place where you like.

Paste element 22, the shoe on the right side.
Resize element 23 to 80%, place by the shoe.
Paste element 5 on the right on the big circle, resize to 60%, move up a bit.

Paste element 14 on the left, flip, move down on the rectangle, erase the parts you do not want, duplicate, move up on the right rectangle, erasing the parts you do not want.

Paste element 9 on the upper left side, just above the small center rectangle in the middle.
Paste element 15, move to just above the mask layer, move down by the wordart until you see the yellow, arrange how you like and erase the rest, duplicate, flip, move to the right how you like, duplicate again, flip and place where you like, erasing the parts again you do not want.

Resize both mice to 55%, place on the wordart Cinderella on the C part, duplicate one, mirror and place on the shoe.

Paste element 4 below the wordart on the left side, mirror, resize to 75%.

Paste element 3 on the top layer.
Resize the broom to 75%, place on the left, move down until the handle is not showing.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
