Paste element 43 at the bottom right, duplicate, mirror, adjust.

Resize your tube to 45%, if using the same one, paste in the center.

Paste element 36 on the left above the tube layer.

Paste element 10 behind the tube layer, flip and move up.

Resize element 35 to 50%, place by the car.
Resize element 34 to 50%, place below the shoe layer on the right.
Resize element 33 to 60%, place on the right, duplicate and move up a bit.
Resize element 41 to 50%, place by the glasses.

Resize element 39 to 50%, paste at the upper left side, free rotate to the left at 10 degrees.
Paste element 16 at the bottom on the mask layer.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

That's it
