This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Lysisange.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Drop shadow on this one I used V-2 H-2 Blur 15
Use whatever drop shadow you prefer
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open your template, hold the shift key and hit the letter d to duplicate, close the original,
delete the credits.
Paste paper 5, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Select layer 2, select all, float, defloat, paste paper 2, invert, delete, select none.
Click on raster 4 the black circle, expand by 2, paste your tube, adjust, invert, delete, select none and move below the wordart in the circle, duplicate, Gaussian blur at 4, change the blend mode to screen, merge down.
Add a pink drop shadow to the wordart in the circle.
Select the BCA letters, paste your tube how you like, invert, delete, select none,
change the blend mode to screen.
Select the black outline, add a new layer and fill with #ea7182, add noise at 40%. Do this on each of the black frames.
Do the same on the circle wordart, and duplicate it and merge down.
Being on the top layer, resize your tube to 40%, place on the left side.
Select raster 6, paste paper 2, invert, delete, paste your tube how you like, delete, change the blend mode to screen, select none.
Resize ribbon 2 to 50%, place it where the black ribbon is and delete the black one.
Paste the heart scatter on the top layer.
Resize bottle 2 to 50%, place on the tube layer on the left.
Paste flower 2, mirror, rotate to the right at 25%, place behind the tube on the left.
Resize flower 7 to 50%, place below the jar on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Paste the dog on the right, resize to 75%, adjust.
Resize the hearts to 50%, mirror, place where the small one is on the ribbon part and below the dog layer.
Duplicate, resize to 75%, place by the jar or where you would like.
Resize the coffee cup to 50%, place on the right below the dog layer.
Resize leaves 5 to 50%, place below the flower on the right, duplicate, mirror, move behind the tube, duplicate again and move back and down some to the right.
Resize the bird to 35%, place on the right below the greenery.
Paste leaves 3 below the mask layer, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle.
Resize frame 2 to 122%, paste above the leaves layer.
Resize bow 2 to 50%, paste by the greenery on the right by the bird.
Resize the cupcake to 35%, place by the cup, duplicate and move one up a bit.
Open your template, hold the shift key and hit the letter d to duplicate, close the original,

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
