*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Another quickie one.

Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer, paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group, adjust to fit your tag later.

Resize frame 2 to 95%, paste, duplicate, being on the bottom one apply the filter-Toadies-What are you with these numbers on both 12.
Click inside your top frame, expand by 5, paste paper 6, invert, delete, move below, select none.

Paste your middle size tube, move below the frame, duplicate, move above and erase the parts you do not want on both tubes.
Apply the Xero filter-Porcelain to both tubes.

Paste print 2 above the toadies frame layer at the upper right, duplicate, flip, mirror, adjust both to your liking.

Resize the scatters to 40%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle with the first number on 20, paste below the Toadies frame.

Paste the heart stem on the right above the tube layer, erase the stem part on the frame.

Resize the wordart to 50%, place on the left on the top layer, duplicate, move to the right and down a bit.

Resize the hope pin to 50%, place on the frame on the left, erase part to make it appear to be pinned to the frame.
Resize ribbon 1 to 50%, place at the bottom in the center on the frame.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
