This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Xero Filter-Porcelain and Clarity
Font of Choice, I used MfQueen Leela
Font of Choice, I used MfQueen Leela
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.
Paste paper 10, apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Select your mask, float, defloat, paste your close up in the upper left side of your mask, invert, delete and change the blend mode to soft light and lower the opacity to around 60 and merge down.
Paste the cloud element and move over to the right a bit, do not cover up your close up.
Paste the glitter frame and move up and over to the left a bit, watching not to cover your tube. Drop shadow with white for this.
Paste the sand, duplicate and move over, adjust as needed.
Paste your tube over to the right, apply the Xero Filter-Porcelain first and then Clarity.
Paste chest 1, resize to 75%, place on the left below your tube layer.
Paste the larger Palm tree on the right below the tube layer, then paste the other palm tree behind that one and over a little bit to the left, resize that one to 90%.
Resize the crates to 75%. place behind your tube toward the right more.
Paste the net, free rotate to the right at 90, resize to 75%, place on the crates.
Paste the coins below the tube layer and slightly to the left.
Paste the rock on the left side below the sand layers.
Paste the barrels above the rock layer.
Paste the grass below the rock layer, duplicate, mirror and adjust behind the crates, then duplicate again, bring above the chest layer, resize to 60%, then move below the coin layer on the left, duplicate and move over to the right behind your tube.
Resize bottle 2 to 65%, place by the grass on the left, duplicate, free rotate to the left at 90.
Resize the gold bars to 50%, place below the tube layer between the leg area.
Resize the money cup to 80%, place on the right side.
Paste water 1 above the mask layer and adjust to your liking.
Resize the parrot to 50%, mirror and place on the chest.
Resize flower 5 to 50%, place below the grass layer in front of the chest, duplicate it a few times and place randomly in front of the chest and also by the grass on the right side by the tube.
Resize the sun to 85%, place on the right below the palm trees and lower it as to make it look like the sun is going down for the night.
Resize flower1 to 45%, place by the chest how you like and move down a few layers.
Resize the coconut to 50%, place on the crate below the netting layer.
Paste coins 2 below the money cup on the right, erase the parts you do not want showing.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
