2017 Rooster New Year

This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of  Laguna.

The tube is called Steampunk_Christmas Rooster.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

...This Rooster is going out in style for the New Year...

Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.
Paste paper 17, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Paste frame 5, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 17, invert, delete, move below the frame, then paste the cityscape, delete, select none.

Resize your rooster tube to 30%, paste on top of the frame layer on the left side.

Paste the limo on the right below the rooster layer.
Paste the fireworks on one side below the paper layer of the frame, duplicate, mirror.
Paste the firework sparkles below the paper layer of the frame, duplicate, mirror, adjust to your liking.
Paste the wordart 1 above the frame being on the top layer, then go to Adjust,
Hue and Saturation, Colorize with these numbers
Hue 129, Saturation 255
Add a fat white gradient glow using EyeCandy 4000

Paste the confetti below the paper layer of the frame on the left, duplicate, mirror, duplicate again, move down and to the left a bit under the limo and rooster more.

Paste the doodles in the upper left below the paper layer of the frame, duplicate, move over to the right and down slightly, duplicate again, move down to the bottom area.

Resize the speaker to 70%, place on the left below the rooster.
Paste the note swirl below the paper layer of the frame on the left.
Resize the deco to 35%, place by the limo.
Paste confetti 2 at the top, duplicate, flip, move to the right side, both being below the paper layer of the frame.
Resize the blow horn to 35%, place by the speaker on the left.
Resize the feather to 30%, free rotate to the left, place by the blow horn.

Resize the bottle rocket to 35%, duplicate, paste on the paper layer of the frame how you like.
Paste sparkle 2 on the rooster.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Haunting

Filters
EyeCandy 4000-Gradient Glow (Optional)

 Font of Choice, I used Devil East

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.
Paste paper 11, apply mask 65, delete, merge group.
Paste paper 5, apply the same mask again, change the blend mode to burn, merge down.

Paste the stone path and resize to 90%, move to the bottom.
If using the same tube as I am, resize to 25%, place on the left.

Resize the old car to 55%, place behind the tube layer on the right.

Resize element 20 to 85%, paste below the old car layer how you like, duplicate, mirror, move up some, duplicate again, mirror, move up again, adjusting to your liking.

Resize the skeleton to 25%, place on the rocks below the tube layer, duplicate, mirror, making them sitting on the flat part of the rock wall.

Resize element 19 to 50%, place on the mask layer off center to the left, duplicate, resize to 55%, move to the right a bit, duplicate, mirror, adjust behind your tube.

Resize tree 4 to 25%, paste below the headstone on the right, sharpen once or twice.
Resize cat 1 to 30%, place in front of the old car on the right.
Resize book 1 to 30%, place on the left under the hand of your tube, sharpen a couple of times.
Resize book 4 to 25%, place by the leg of your tube, sharpen once.
Resize the rat to 25%, place by the book on the left.

Resize the chain to 25%, place under the cat, sharpen a couple of times.

Resize the bats 2 to 40%, mirror, move to the left, apply a gradient glow with these setting using
Eye Candy 4000-Gradient Glow
Width 3,  Soft Corners 25, Over all Opacity at 50 and color #eb5b29

Resize weed 1 to 50%, place behind your tube, sharpen several times to give it some highlights, then duplicate a couple of times and place where you like, moving below some of the rock areas.

Resize element 1 the handprint to 10%, place on the hood of the truck, duplicate and move over a bit.
Resize the sign to 35%, place on the right on the tree.
Select the word you would like for your sign, I picked Haunted and resized it to 5%, placed it on the sign and added the gradient glow like before.
Resize bird 2 to 15%, mirror, place on the sign, sharpen several times.
Resize the leaves to 65%, place on the stone under your tube and move below the old car layer.

Resize moon 2 to 30%, place at the top on the mask layer behind the tree, change the blend mode to Hard light.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Country Cutie and Friend

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.
Paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Paste frame element 26, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste,  paper 14, invert, delete, select none, move this paper below the frame layer.

Paste element 80 above the frame layer at the bottom, adjust once the grass is pasted.
Paste element 61 below the bench, move to one side, duplicate, mirror, duplicate again and move above the bench layer, duplicate and move to the left.

Resize your tube to 28%, place in front of the bench on the grass layers.

Paste element 11 on the left below the first grass layer, resize to 75%, duplicate, mirror, duplicate again, resize to 75% again, move down a little bit, duplicate, mirror, duplicate one more time and move in the middle between the pig and the little girl.

Paste element 48 on the frame layer, moving to one side and down by the grass layer, duplicate, mirror, duplicate and move toward the center.

Resize element 8 to 45%, place about center on the frame layer.
Resize element 68 to 60%, place on the right below the bench layer, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 10 to 60%, paste on the left below the crate layer, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 14 to 60%, paste above the bench layer, duplicate a couple of times, mirror one and move where you like.
Paste element 13 on the frame layer below the flowers, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 7 to 30%, place on the right by the girl.

Resize element 77 to 50%, place below the other flowers, duplicate a few times and place where you like.

Resize element 1 to 30%, place where you like, duplicate, mirror and place again.

Resize element 15 to 25%, duplicate 3 or 4 times and place where you like.

Paste element 79 on the frame layer.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Mardi Gras Time

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Drop shadow on this one I used V-2 H-2 Blur 15
Use whatever drop shadow you prefer
 

 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.
Resize paper 3 to 23%, paste, apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Resize paper 4 to 23%, paste, apply your mask again, delete, merge group.

Paste scalloped frame, resize to 25%, free rotate to the left or right, duplicate, free rotate to the left at 15, duplicate, mirror, moving both below the top frame.
Click inside the top frame with your magic wand, you will have to click a few times, expand by 5, resize paper 9 to 23%, paste, invert, delete, then resize your tube to 50%, mirror, paste, delete, select none.
Change the blend mode to overlay, moving both below the frame layer.
Apply the Xero filter-Radiance to your tube.

Duplicate the paper in the frame, free rotate to the left, move below the other frames, duplicate, mirror, lining them up with the other frames.

Being on the top frame, resize your tube to 30%, paste more to the left side.

Resize the painted rose to 15%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle with the first number on 12, move to just above the mask layer.

Resize the Rose Vine to 25%, free rotate to the left at 90, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle with the first number on 20, move below the painted rose layer.

Resize the heart vine bow to 10%, paste on each corner of the frame, top and bottom.
Resize the Mardi Gras doll to 20%, paste on the left above the tube layer.

Resize the two mask to 10%, free rotate one to the left at 15 and one to the right at 15, paste on the right side below the heart vine.

Resize the feather mask to 15%, paste on the right below the face masks.
Resize the Jester necklace to 5%, place on the doll, erase the chain a bit at the top.
On the original necklace, resize to 10%, free rotate to the right at 45, place on the right side below the mask layer, duplicate, move above the tube layer, erase the chain over the mask and any other part you do not want showing.

Resize the feather to 15%, free rotate to the left at 90, place at the bottom below the heart vine layer, duplicate, mirror.
Resize the lollipop to 25%, free rotate to the left at 10, place behind the tube on the left, duplicate, move up some.

Resize the wordart to 10%, place at the upper right, apply a medium white gradient glow.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Resize paper 1 to 23%, apply your mask, delete and merge group.

Resize element 33 to 25%, paste, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 12, resize paper 5 to 23%, paste, invert, delete, move below frame, select none.

Resize your tube to 35%, paste on the left side of the frame.

Resize element 14 to 98%, paste below the tube layer, move up a bit so the bottom part will not be cut off later.

Resize element 32 to 40%, place at the upper right above the mask layer, duplicate, mirror, flip.
Resize element 13 to 50%, paste on the upper left side above the mask layer, duplicate, move down and over to the bottom right.

Resize element 56 to 40%, paste on the right below your tube.
Resize element 61 to 50%, place above the tube layer on the right.

Resize element 21 to 25%, paste below your tube layer on the right upper side, apply EyeCandy4000, Gradient glow, fat gradient glow with a color of choice.

Resize element 65 to 33%, place at the bottom on the top layer.
Resize element 46 to 30%, place at the upper left below the white flares.

Resize element 15 to 50%, paste one on the right just above the frame layer, duplicate, mirror and move this one above the clock layer on the left.

If you want a few more beads at the bottom, take your free hand tool, draw around the ones on the champagne bottle, copy as a new layer, select none when done, then paste where you like, duplicate again and paste where you like.

Resize your monkey tube to 15%, paste on the champagne bottle like it is hanging off the bottle.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.
Paste paper 14 or one you like, apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Paste AH79 on the mask layer.

Paste AH8, resize to 90%, apply the Xero Filter-Soft Mood.
Paste AH27, resize to 97%, and place on top of the wheel, apply
Xero Filter-Soft Mood.

Paste AH50, move over a bit, duplicate, mirror.
Paste AH80 in the center.

Paste AH53 below the wheel layer, erase the parts showing behind
the wheel, duplicate, mirror.

Resize AH67, mirror and place on the left side by the bench leg.

If using the same tube, resize to 25%, paste toward the right more,
add the flower the bear is holding and the barrel.
Change the color of the clothing to what you like, then
paste the girl on the bench to the left.

Paste AH70 below the grass layer, duplicate and place how you like.
Paste AH11 on the right, duplicate, mirror.

Resize AH2 to 15%, duplicate a few times and place in different areas.

Paste AH69 on the wheel layer at the top left side, erase the part showing
inside the wheel area, duplicate, mirror and erase any other part
that needs it.
Resize AH49 to 75%, paste below the grass layers, duplicate, mirror.

Paste AH48, duplicate a couple of times and place where you like, moving a
couple of them above the bench layer.

Resize AH63 to 50%, place on the right below the bear layer.

Resize AH7 to 20%, place on the bench below the girl layer, duplicate,
move down by the basket.

Resize AH51 to 40%, place on the bench on the right side.
Resize AH77 to 40%, place in front of the pots on the bench, duplicate
a couple of times, mirror one and place the other how you like.

Paste AH62 on the left above the frame layer and adjust.
Paste AH75 on the right side above the frame layer.

Resize AH1 to 20%, place where you like.

Add any other elements you would like, once happy with it all,
close off any background used and merge visible.

Resize first, then add copyright and name.
