This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of  Lys Isange

The tube is called Femininity
She comes in several color layers and is one sexy lady, you will want to
add this to your tube collection.

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Xero-Porcelain and Clarity

Font of Choice, I used The Heart of Everything

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open your template, hold the shift, hit the letter d to duplicate, close
the original, delete the credits.
Paste paper 10, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Select Raster 7 of the template, paste paper 19, invert, delete, and delete the template
layers as you go along.
Raster 9, add noise at 100%.
Copy of Raster 7, apply the same paper #19.
Add the same noise too copy of Raster 9.
Raster 6, paste paper 13.
Raster 3 and Copy of Raster 3, paste paper 1, invert, delete.
Copy of Raster 10 and Raster 10 noise at 100%.
Raster 4, paper 19, invert, delete.
Raster 5, paper 11, invert, delete.
Raster 12, paper 13.
Raster 2, paper 8.
Raster 11, noise at 100%.
Raster 8, paper 10, then apply a glass effect using EyeCandy 4000 with these settings
Bevel width 3, Smoothness 100
30, 35, 50, 0, 50
Glass color white
On the wordart Love and Baby apply paper 11, and then apply the glass effect to all the wordart. Move the wordart me tender to the top.

Paste the chair, mirror, paste in the center.
Resize your tube to 35%, mirror and paste on the chair.
Resize the gift bag to 35%, paste on the left below the chair layer, duplicate,
move over a bit.
Resize the glass to 35%, paste in front of the chair to the right.
Resize the pillow to 50%, place on the right below the glass layer.
Resize the rose jasmine cluster to 50%, paste on the center red heart below the chair layer
on the upper left of the heart, duplicate, mirror, move to the lower right of the heart.
Paste the glitter flourish on one side below the smaller hearts, duplicate, mirror, adjust.
Resize the wire flower to 50%, paste at the lower right, duplicate, move up
by the wordart love on the left.
Resize the basket to 50%, place by the gift bags.
Paste the beads on one side on the mask layer, duplicate, mirror.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
