I am using the awesome artwork of  Arthur Crowe.

Supplies Needed

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Drop shadow on this one I used V-2 H-2 Blur 15
Use whatever drop shadow you prefer
 

 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

This is a quickie

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.
Paste paper 14, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Paste element 31, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 4, invert, delete, move below the frame.

Paste your tube below the frame off to the left side, then take your selection tool,
draw around the top half of your tube, promote selection to a layer, select none and move above the frame layer.

Resize element 54 to 65%, place on the paper layer in the frame on the right, duplicate, resize to 50%, move over to the left a bit and down some.

Resize element 44 to 50%, place at the upper right on the frame, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 28 at the bottom on the mask layer, duplicate, move to the top.
Paste element 6, resize to 65%, place on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 43 at the bottom, resize to 65%, place in the center.
Paste element 19 on the right side, resize to 65%.
Resize 33 to 55%, place by the hat.
Resize element 52 to 35%, place at the upper right.
Resize element 45 to 50%, place on one side below the flower layers, duplicate, mirror, adjust to your liking.
Paste element 3 below the flower layers at the bottom.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Canadian Babe Eh! (No Scrap)

Drop shadow on this one I used V-2 H-2 Blur 15
Use whatever drop shadow you prefer

 SIGNATURE TAG
 

Open a new image 600 x 250, fill with white, apply the VM Extravaganza filter-Transmission with these settings
24, 0, 15
Click on the gray lines with your magic wand, fill with #b80407, add noise at 50%.
On your template, close off the layers except for the Green Center Square, Center White Outline, Layer 6, Layer 3, Red leaf, leaf outline d/s, leaf outline, Top leaf circle, copy merged, paste on the left side of your signature tag, resize to 50%.
Click on the green square with your magic wand, paste your close up tube, invert, delete select none. Duplicate your tube, Gaussian blur at 4, change the blend mode to hard light or one you prefer. Click on the red leaves with your magic wand and add noise at 50%.
Close off your background and merge visible, duplicate, mirror, adjust.

Paste your tube in the center.

Back to the template, close off all the layers but the wordart layers, copy merged, paste on your tag, resize to 50%, add a medium white gradient and place at the bottom or where you like.
Before merging and adding your frame, you will close off your tube layer and wordart layer, copy merged to your Avator tag, then reopen the wordart and copy and paste that to the Avator tag also.
Now merge visible and add your frame.

For the frame I used AAA Frame-Foto Frame
 Width 3, Matte 2, Opacity 100, all other numbers on 0.
Add your copyright and name.

AVATOR
Open a size that is allowed for your group or forum, I did 200 x 200.
 Copy your signature tag, paste, resize to 85%, place how you like, then paste the wordart, resize to 55%, place at the bottom.
 Once happy, merge visible and add the same frame as before.

 Add your copyright and name.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Drop shadow on this one I used V-2 H-2 Blur 15
Use whatever drop shadow you prefer
 

 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 5, apply DD mask 3, delete and merge group, resize larger to 115%.
Paste paper 5 again, apply WSL Mask 84, delete, merge group, select all, float, defloat, resize your full tube to 65%, paste on the left, apply Mura Meister Copies-Lines, 1/n Fade out checked, invert, delete, select none.
Duplicate the tube, Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change the blend mode to Screen, then apply the Screen Works filter-Light Gauze.

Resize element 15 to 85%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, paste below the mask layers.
Paste element 4 below the star circle you just made on one side, duplicate, mirror.

Resize your full tube to 65%, paste on the right side.

Paste element 2 below the tube layer, apply Mura Meister Copies-Tiling with the gap number set to 10, erase the outer parts you don't want or use your free hand tool and go around the outside ones and delete. Use a white drop shadow first then your darker one.

Paste element 15 between the music line, duplicate and move down between the other one, same drop shadow, white first.

Duplicate your tube and move to the top layer, erase the legs covering the music lines at the bottom and erase the legs showing below the lines.

Resize element 12 to 35%, place on the left by the music note, duplicate, move up, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, move down, having all above the music lines.

Add any other elements you would like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background if you used one, merge visible, resize first, then add your copyright and name.

 Signature tag

Open a new image 600 x 250, paste paper 5.
Resize your full tube to 70%, paste and move so just the flag part is showing more toward the left side, apply Mura Meister Copies-Lines, 1/n Fade out checked, duplicate, Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur on 4, change the blend mode to screen, apply Screen Works-Light Gauze, merge down.

Paste your full tube to the left, resize to 70%, being on the top layer now.

Resize element 2 to 60%, paste below the tube layer and move the edge touching the left side.
Paste element 15 at the top how you like below the tube layer, duplicate, flip.

Add any other elements you would like.
For the frame I used AAA Frame-Foto Frame
 Width 3, Matte 2, Opacity 50, all other numbers on 0.
Add your copyright and name.

Avator
Open a size that is allowed for your group or forum, I did 200 x 200.
 Copy your signature tag, paste, resize to 85%, place how you like, with or without the tube showing, once happy, merge visible and add the same frame as before.

 Add your copyright and name.

Paste paper 7, apply DD Patriotic mask, delete, merge group, resize large to 110%.
Paste your close up tube, apply WSL Mask 84, delete and merge group.
Duplicate the tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur at 4, change the blend mode to screen, apply the Xero filter-Artworx, default settings, merge down.

Paste frame 4 below the tube layer, resize larger to 110%, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 5, invert, delete, move below the frame layer.
Resize the stars to 75%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, paste below the paper layer of the frame.

Paste fireworks 3 at the top below the star layer on the left, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip, duplicate, mirror, adjust all to your liking.
Paste fireworks 2 at the top below the red fireworks, duplicate, flip, duplicate, move to one side, duplicate, mirror, adjust.

Paste your full tube on the top layer on the right side.

Paste the car on the right below the tube layer.
Paste flower 2 below the car and move over and up some, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, resize to 75%, move above the car layer and to the right some, duplicate again and move over, duplicate once more and move to the right more.

Resize the shopping bags to 75%, place on the left below the smaller flower layer.
Paste flair 2 on the left on the frame.
Resize the flame to 50%, place below the car on one side and the bags on the other side.
Resize the bird to 50%, place in front of the flowers on the left.
Resize candy 3 to 50%, place below one of the flower layers how you prefer.
Resize the blue flower to 50%, place between the red flowers where you like, duplicate a couple of times, move one to the right below the car layer and the other to the left below the bags.

Paste wordart 2 on the close up tube layer.

Paste star 4 above the close up tube on the right, duplicate, resize to 75%, and move about center of the flowers.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Paste frame 2, then frame 3 on top of that one, click inside the first frame, expand by 5, paste paper 4, invert, delete, paste your close up tube, position, delete, select none, moving below the frame layers.
Duplicate, Gaussian blur at 4, change the blend mode to screen, apply the
Screen Works filter-Light Gauze, merge down.

Paste ribbon 2, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, move below the paper layer of the frames, enlarge to your liking to fit your tag.

Paste your middle size tube on the left, paste ribbon 2 on the legs of the tube.
Paste flower 4 below the ribbon, resize to 75%.
Resize tag 3 to 60%, free rotate to the left at 45 degrees and place on the ribbon.
Resize the key to 50%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, place below the ribbon layer.
Resize balloon 2 to 50%, move below the tube layer by her hand.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Paste your middle size tube below the frame, then select your selection tool, draw around the upper half of the tube, go to Selections, Promote Selection to layer, select none and move this layer above the frame layer.
Erase any of the bottom tube showing below the frame at the bottom.

Paste element 14 above the top mask layer at the bottom right, duplicate, flip, mirror.
Resize element 26 to 85%, place at the upper right above the sparkle layer, duplicate, flip, mirror.
Paste element 24 on the tube layer on one side, duplicate, mirror, move below the tube layer on the right.

Resize element 13 to 75%, paste on the right below the sparkle layer.

Resize element 22 to 55%, place on the right side on the frame, duplicate, resize to 75%, move down some by the first cupcake.

Resize element 10 to 75%, free rotate to the left at 90, place at the bottom below the smaller cupcake layer, duplicate, resize to 65%, place in front of the larger one.
Resize element 28 to 20%, mirror, place where you like on the left side.

Resize element 23 to 50%, free rotate to the left at 15, place on the left side, duplicate, move up some, move the sparkle layer above these two.
Duplicate the top one, mirror, move below the sparkle layer on the right.

Paste element 15 below the firecrackers at the bottom.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Drop Shadow of choice

 

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open your template, hold the shift key and hit the letter d to duplicate,
close the original, delete the credits.

Select layer 1, paste paper 2, invert, delete, and also delete the template layer.

Layers 2 and 3 add noise at 50%.
Layer 5, paste paper 5, invert, delete.

Select layer 6, add a new raster layer, fill with white.
Layer 7 you can leave red or add a new layer and fill with a blue color.
Leave layer 8 red or a color of choice.

Select layer 9, float, defloat,  mirror your tube first, then paste your close up tube, invert, delete, select none.
Apply the Xero Filter, Porcelain then Clarity, change the blend mode to screen
or one you prefer, then merge the tube down with layer 9 and apply
the VM Extravaganza- Transmission with the numbers as
24, 0, 10

Layer 10 leave as is and just add your drop shadow.
Layers 11 and 12, you can either delete or add noise to them.
Leave layer 13 as is and just add your drop shadow also.
Layer 14 and 15,  just add your drop shadow.

Resize your tube to 85%, paste on the left side, apply the Xero Filter-Clarity to the tube.

Paste the sand below the tube layer, move over some, duplicate and move
to the other side more.

Paste the chair, mirror, resize to 75%, place on the right side.

Resize the kitten to 50%, place on top of the chair.
Resize bear 2 to 60%, paste on the left above the tube layer.
Resize the boom box to 55%, place in front of your tube on the left.
Resize the bubbles to 70%, place by the chair.
Resize the sunblock to 50%, place on the right below the bubbles layer.
Resize the sunglasses to 45%, place where you like them.
Resize the cupcake to 50%, place by the chair.
Resize the soda to 60%, place by the legs of your tube, below the
boom box layer.

Paste fireworks 4 on the bottom layer, just above the background layer,
move to the upper left, duplicate, mirror and adjust on the right.

Resize the umbrella  to 95%, paste below the colored layer of the close up tube, then free rotate to the right at 15.

Being on the sand layer, resize the starfish to 50%, duplicate and place them
where you would like.

Paste sparkle 1 below the tube layer.

Add any other elements that you would like.

Once happy, close off your background if you used one, merge visible
Resize first, then add copyright and name.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

This is a quickie one

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.
Paste paper 4, apply your mask, delete and merge group, sharpen twice.

Resize frame 3 to 70%, paste, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 2, invert, delete, then paste your close up tube, delete,
select none, moving both below the frame layer.
Apply the xero filter-Mistifier with all numbers set at 255 on the close up.
Duplicate the frame, being on the bottom one add the Toadies Filter-What Are You with the numbers set on 14, move this layer below the tube layer.

Resize element 29 to 33%, move to the upper left and apply
a fat red gradient glow using EyeCandy 4000-Gradient Glow with
the glow width set at 3.
Resize element 28 to 40%, paste on the lower left partly on the frame, add the
same fat red gradient to this also.

Resize element 43 to 55%, paste just above the mask layer on the upper right,
duplicate, mirror, move down some on the left.

Resize element 31 to 10%, paste by the USA wordart, duplicate and move over to the other side of the wordart, duplicate 3 more times and place on the left side
of the frame and move each one down a bit from each other, then merge these
3 together, duplicate, mirror and move down on the right side.

Resize element 16 to 13%, paste below the USA wordart.

Resize element 32 to 5%, paste under the strip, duplicate a couple of times and place how you like.

Paste your tube, being on the top layer, mirror, resize to 50%, place on the right side.

Resize element 4 to 40%, place on the legs of the tube.
Paste element 45 on the left above the shoe layer, duplicate, mirror, flip
and adjust.

Resize element 22 to 20%, paste on the left below the USA wordart.

Add any other elements that you would like.

Once happy, close off your background if you used one, merge visible
Resize first, then add copyright and name.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open your template, hold the shift key and hit the letter d to duplicate,
close the original, delete the credits.

Add a new raster layer, move to the bottom, fill with #ad0312, apply your mask,
delete and merge group.

Resize Burst 2 to 50%, paste on the upper left, below the mask layer, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, move down on the right more, duplicate again, mirror,
adjust to your liking.

Being above the mask now, paste the Star 2 scatter.

Select layer 1 of the template, paste paper 1, invert, delete, sharpen twice, delete
the template layer.

Select layer 2, paste the Burst, move to where just some of the lines are showing,
invert, delete, select none, duplicate, mirror.

Merge layer 4 down with layer 3, select all, float, defloat, paste your close up tube,
invert, delete, select none, duplicate the tube and mirror, merge down.
Duplicate the tube, apply the xero filter- Soft Mood, then go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur at 4, change the blend mode to overlay or one you like, merge down. Then apply the xero filter-Clarity first, then Soft Vignette,
Elliptical,
Foreground color
Diagonal Dots
0, 0, 0, 255

Merge layer 6 down with layer 5, just add a drop shadow on this.
Layer 7 apply the filter Photo Effex-Scanlines
1, 2, 20, 10
0,0

Layer 8 leave as is and add a drop shadow.
Layer 9, paste Star 1 in the center.

Merge layer 11 down with layer 10, select all, float, defloat, paste paper 1, invert, delete, then paste your tube, delete, select none.
Duplicate the tube, mirror, merge these 2 tubes together, then
apply the xero filter-Porcelain and change the blend mode to
Luminance (L)

Merge layer 13 down with 12, add noise at 50%.
Merge layer 15 down with 14, add more noise if you like.
Delete layer 16, and merge 18 down with 17 and add noise again at 50%.

Paste your tube, resize to 85%, if using the same one I am and paste in the center.

Move the wordart USA to the left and the small wordart to the left but above the tube layer and on her boots some.
Apply Eye Candy4000-Gradient Glow with the fat glow and the first color on blue and the other color on red.

Resize the chain to 75%,  mirror and place on the left side.
Resize ribbon 1 to 40%, place on the chain part on the left, duplicate, move over to the right and down some on the right. Duplicate the chain again, resize to 75%,
mirror, move over to the right below the ribbon.

Resize the firecracker to 60%, place on the right, duplicate, resize again to 60% and move down a little bit.

Resize ribbon 3 to 25%, place between the wordarts and adjust to your liking.

Add any other elements that you would like.

Once happy, close off your background if you used one, merge visible
Resize first, then add copyright and name.

Paste element 25 on the paper layer.

 

Resize element 6 to 70%, paste, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, default settings, which means leave all as is when you apply it,

move below the paper layer.

 

Paste element 51 on the upper left side on the frame.

 

Paste your tube, resize to 35% if using the same one I am and paste how you like it.

 

Paste element 19, resize to 65%, place on the left side,

Paste element 33 to 65%, place by the hat on the left.

Paste element 34 by the cupcake on the left.

 

Paste element 29 on the left below the hat layer, duplicate, resize to 75% and

move over a bit to the right, duplicate, move over a bit to the left, duplicate, move over below the purse layer on the right, duplicate, move over and now a bit,

erase any of the stem showing below the purse.

 

Resize element 52 to 35%, place on the right side where you like.

Resize element 10 to 70%, place on the right, duplicate and move up some.

 

Resize element 48 to 50%, place on the right below the tube layer.

 

Resize element 50 to 50%, place on the right above the tube layer.

 

Add any other elements that you would like.

 

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

 

Open the tag template, hold the shift key and d to duplicate and close the original.

"Delete the credits".
Delete each layer of the template as you go along also.
On some of your layers you will want to add your drop shadow, first with H 2, V 2, then change them both to the minus and apply again.

Go to Image, canvas size and make it 800 x 800 or one you prefer.

Select the teal circle, new raster layer, fill with white, add noise at 100% or what you prefer.

Select the grey circle, new raster layer, fill with #a20601.
Taupe strip, new raster layer fill with #204896.
Grey strip, new raster layer, fill with white, apply Photo Effex-Scanlines, width one, spacing 2 and noise at 50.

Taupe rectangle, new layer, fill with #a20601, then go to Effects, texture effects, weave and with these settings, 1, 5, 1 gap checked and color white.
Light blue frame, new layer, fill with #204896.
Red ribbon, new layer fill with #a20601, add noise at 25%.
Blue ribbon, new layer, fill with #204896, add noise at 25%.
White stars, add noise at 50%.

Being on the left teal rectangle, merge down to the right teal, then the middle teal rectangle, select all, float,  defloat, fill with white, do not deselect yet.
Paste your close up tube, adjust how you like it, invert, delete, change the blend mode to Luminance (L).
Apply xero filter-Soft Mood, then Mistifier.

Resize your tube and place below the wordart layers on the left, if using the same tube I am.

Select the American Backing fill with #204896.
America Red Stripes fill with #a20601.
America white, add noise at 50% and sharpen once.
Beautiful blue, new layer, fill with #204896.
On the word The, you can leave as is or change the color to one you like.

Being on the bottom layer, new raster layer, fill with a gradient color.
I had my foreground #a20601 and background #204896, then gradient at angle 45, repeat 4, fill and apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Close off any background you used, merge visible.

Resize first and then add your name and Copyrights and you are all done.

Open a new image 800 x 800, I like a lot of room to work.

 Resize paper 7 to 75%, paste and apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Paste element 33 on your mask.

Paste the red star, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 3, paste paper 4, invert, delete, select none and move below the frame layer.
Duplicate the star frame, being on the bottom frame, apply Toadies Filter-What Are You with the numbers set on 16.

Duplicate the star frame, resize to 25%, paste one on the upper left side, duplicate and move this one to the lower right side.

Resize your tube as needed, paste below the frame layer, duplicate and move above the frame layer, erase any part you do not want showing.
Apply the Xero Filter-Radiance to both and then Clarity to both.

Resize element 30 to 40% and place on the bottom left side.
Resize element 11 to 40% and place on the left side below the wordart layer and adjust to your liking.

Resize element 13 to 40%, place at the bottom on the frame, then resize element 28 to 40% and place on top of the first bow.

Resize element 12 to 30% and place below the wordart layer and over more to the right.

Resize element 10 to 25%, place on the left side below the wordart layer and adjust.

Resize element 2 to 30%, place on the right side, duplicate, mirror and move back to the right side and adjust.

Resize element 9 to 25%, free rotate 90 degrees to the left, place below the shoe layers in front of the apples.

Resize element 22 to 25%, place below the small star layer.

Resize element 10 to 5%, duplicate a few times and place them around how you like them.

Add any other elements you would like, once happy, close off any backgrounds and merge visible.

Resize first and then add your name and Copyrights and you are all done.

Open the tag template, hold the shift key and d to duplicate and close the original.

"Delete the credits".

Go to Image, canvas size and resize to 800 x 800, I like a lot of room to work.

Paste paper 13 just above the white background layer, apply your mask, delete and merge visible.

Select the teal circle of the template, resize paper 5 to 75% and paste, invert and delete. Delete your template layers as you go along also.

Select the large gray rectangle, paste paper 14, invert and delete.

Select the left blue rectangle, paste paper 1, invert and delete.

Select the top blue swirl, new raster layer, fill with white, delete temp layer, select none.

Select the bottom blue swirl, paste paper 1, invert, delete.
Select top taupe swirl, paste paper 1, invert, delete.
Bottom taupe swirl, new raster layer, fill with white, select none.

Top red swirl, paste paper 3, invert, delete.
Bottom red grunge swirl, paste paper 1, invert, delete.

Right blue rectangle, paste paper 1, invert, delete, do not deselect yet, resize your close up if needed, mirror and paste, delete and select none.
Apply the Xero Filter-Porcelain.

Bottom red swirl, paste paper 3, invert, delete.

Select the small teal circle, resize paper 14 to 75%, paste, invert and delete.
Select the taupe stars, new raster layer, fill with white, select none, remember to delete the temp layer.


Select the taupe circle, new raster layer, fill with white.
Select stamp 2, paste paper 1, invert, delete.

Now merge the stamp, the white layer, the red layer, stars and blue layer together that you just did and move to the top of the template.

Select the gray strip, paste paper 1, invert, delete.

Resize your tube as needed and place on the top layer.

Paste the curl ribbon under your tube layer.
Resize fireworks 5 to 50% and paste on the upper right side.
Resize fireworks 6 to 40% and place on the left upper side.

Resize the dessert to 60% and place on the bottom right side.
Resize cupcake 2 to 25% and place by the dessert at the bottom right.

Resize flag 2 to 60% and place on the right side below the firework layer and adjust to your liking.

Paste Doodle 1 below the mask layer, duplicate, mirror and move down a little bit on the other side.

Resize the wordart to 50%, place below your tube layer on the ribbon.

Add any other elements you would like, once happy, close off any backgrounds and merge visible.


Resize first and then add your name and Copyrights and you are all done.
