This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of J.W. Baker.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.
Paste frame 7, resize to 90%, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 8, invert, delete, select none.
Paste paper 23, apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Resize your tube to 60%, paste below the frame, duplicate, move above the frame,
erasing the parts you do not want showing on the frame.
Apply the Xero Filter-Soft Mood to both tubes first, then Clarity to both.
Paste tree 1 below the tube layers and move over to the left side,
duplicate, mirror, move down some, duplicate again, move above the frame layer, erase all but the grass, move the grass over to the right a bit more.
Resize the full moon to 60%, paste below the frame up toward the upper right.
Resize eagle 2 to 50%, paste at the upper right above the frame.
Resize Mustang 1 to 50%, place on the right side.
Resize the spear to 70%, free rotate to the left at 45.
Resize the sunflowers to 35%, place on the lower left side, duplicate, resize to 70% again and move over to the right some, duplicate three more and move
to the right side and adjust.
Resize Cosmo 2 to 55%, duplicate as many times as you like and place by the sunflowers.
Resize wheat 4 to 70% and place behind the horse, duplicate, mirror.
Resize the hanging feathers 4 to 65%, paste on the upper left side of the frame.
Resize fiber 3 to 45%, place up by the feathers on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Once happy, close off your background if you used one, merge visible
Resize first, then add copyright and name.
That's it
