Springtime Is Here



 

This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of  Alicia Mujica.

You need a license to use this art work. Please do not use without a license.
The tube is called Spring

Supplies Needed

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

 Font of Choice, I used Chalked Hand Lettering Shaded

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Use whatever drop shadow you prefer
 

 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer, paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Paste element 12, resize to 80%, move to the left some, duplicate, mirror, move the edges until they touch, merge down.
Click inside all the frames with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 4, invert, delete, resize your tube to 45%, paste in the left side frame, delete, select none, change the blend mode to overlay.
Paste the resized tube above the frame to the right.
Paste element 21 on the left side of the tube.

Resize element 041 to 80%, place at the bottom below the tube layer, duplicate 3 more times and adjust to your liking.

Paste element 039 on the left just above the mask layer, duplicate, mirror, resize to 85%, move above the frame layer.

Paste element 040 below the first trees, duplicate twice, one on one side, the other on the other side and one in the center, adjust.

Resize element 038 to 50%, place on the right side above the frame layer at the bottom, erase the part over the frame layer going toward the back, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 59 to 60%, place on the fence at the front, duplicate several times and place on the fence on both sides and a couple behind your tube, moving the one behind your tube below the grass layers.

Paste element 37, resize to 85%, take your free hand and draw around the green ribbon and delete, place on the right side by the fence.
Duplicate one of the long flowers and resize to 75%, place in front of the sign.

Resize element 57 to 15%, and element 51 to 25%, duplicate a few times and place them on the grass how you like.
Resize element 23 to 75%, place on the grass below the tube layer.

Resize element 46 to 35%, place at the upper left side, duplicate, mirror, move down on the sign, duplicate again and mirror, place where you like.

On your sign, write out Springtime or a wording you prefer.

Resize element 24 to 75%, place at the top on the trees.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
