This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Verymany.
The tube is called Autumn.
You need a license to use this art work. Please do not use without a license.
Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.
Paste paper 8, resize larger to 130%, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize frame 3 to 90%, free rotate to the right at 90, click inside your frame with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper, invert, delete, mirror your close up tube, paste, delete, select none, change the blend mode to screen, duplicate and merge down.
Duplicate the frame, change the blend mode to burn.
Resize element 42 to 55%, paste above the mask layer, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle.
Resize your tube to 90%, place on the right side.
Resize element 32 to 30%, place above the tube layer about center, duplicate, move below the tube and to the right, duplicate, move over a bit, duplicate again, mirror.
Resize element 49 to 55%, paste on the left below the flower.
Resize element 21 to 25%, paste by the pumpkin, duplicate, move over to the right by the leg.
Resize element 33 to 50%, place on the left side below the flowers.
Paste element 10 below the tube layer and adjust to your liking.
Resize element 44 to 50%, mirror, place above the birdhouse on the left.
Resize element 28 to 90%, paste on the right above the mask layer, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 20 to 25%, duplicate two more times and place on each side below the flower layer.
Resize element 46 to 40%, place on the left side on the frame, duplicate, move up, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 11 to 40%, paste behind the tube layer at the top right duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 29 to 20%, mirror, place on the left by the pumpkin.
Resize element 15 to 15%, mirror, place at the upper left, duplicate, mirror, place on the right where you like.
Resize element 25 to 25%, place at the top of the frame under the branches and bird.
Resize 54 to 30%, place on the frame at the top.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Resize element 33 to 50%, place on the left side below the flowers.
Paste element 10 below the tube layer and adjust to your liking.
Resize element 44 to 50%, mirror, place above the birdhouse on the left.
Resize element 28 to 90%, paste on the right above the mask layer, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 20 to 25%, duplicate two more times and place on each side below the flower layer.
Resize element 46 to 40%, place on the left side on the frame, duplicate, move up, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 11 to 40%, paste behind the tube layer at the top right duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 29 to 20%, mirror, place on the left by the pumpkin.
Resize element 15 to 15%, mirror, place at the upper left, duplicate, mirror, place on the right where you like.
Resize element 25 to 25%, place at the top of the frame under the branches and bird.
Resize 54 to 30%, place on the frame at the top.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
