This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Zlata_M.
The tube is called Geisha

Supplies Needed
WSL_Mask 84 HERE
Font of Choice, I used Yozakura
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.
Paste paper 2, resize to 135, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste frame 2, then paste frame 1, apply the same mask that you used on the paper to this frame, delete, merge group, duplicate twice, merge each of these frames down, free rotate to the left at 15.
Click inside the black frame, expand by 5, paste paper 2, invert, delete, and mirror your close up, paste close up tube, delete, select none.
Paste the fan on the mask layer at the top, duplicate, free rotate to the left at 90, duplicate, mirror, duplicate the top one, flip, erase parts that you do not want showing once you adjust them all.
Resize your full tube to 85%, place on the right side on the top frame.
Resize the umbrella to 80%, place behind your tube at the upper right.
Paste the bonsi tree behind the tube on the right.
Resize flower arrangement to 85%, place on the right below the tube layer, duplicate, mirror, resize to 85%.
Paste the lantern on the right below the bonsi tree, duplicate, move over a bit to the center, duplicate again, resize to 85%, move over to the left, below the flower arrangement.
Resize the tea set to 85%, paste above the tube on the right.
Paste the cherry blossom at the bottom left side, duplicate, move to the right below the bonsi tree, duplicate, free rotate to the left at 90, place on the right below the lantern layer.
Resize the lantern pin to 75%, place at the upper left, erase some of the pin to make it look like it is going thru the frame.
Paste flower 1 at the bottom left being on the top layer, duplicate twice, move where you like, moving them below other layers on the left.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
