This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of JM Leotti.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Scrap Amazing Autumn by Gimptastic HERE
Font of Choice, I used Final Fantasy
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image and as usual mine 800 x 800.
Paste paper 4, resize larger to 115, apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Resize mask to fit your tag later.
Paste frame 5, duplicate, change the blend mode to overlay, merge down. Then click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 8, invert, delete, select none.
Paste your tube, move below the frame, duplicate, move above the frame and erase the excess part of the tube.
Apply the Xero filter, Soft Mood and then Clarity to both tubes.
Then on the top tube apply Unplugged tools, Interlace with these settings
4, 20, 1 and 0.
Paste frame 4, move to the bottom layer and down how you like it, duplicate, flip and mirror, adjust, and merge down.
Being back on the top layer, paste the seed pod on the left side and erase some of the stem.
Resize the mug to 75% and place by the seed pods.
Resize the cat to 85% and place by the mug on the left.
Resize flower 7 to 70%, place below the mug layer.
Paste flower 6 below the paper layer of the frame, mirror and move back to the left bottom side, showing just part of it past the seed pods.
Duplicate, flip, move down toward the bottom and place so some of the flower is showing again.
Paste flower 8 below the seed pod layer, mirror and adjust.
Duplicate the seed pod, mirror, flip and move to the bottom below the flower layer. Duplicate again and move more to the left and erase any stem showing.
Resize the berries to 60%, place under the flower layer.
Flower 1 resize to 75%, mirror, place just above the frame layer, duplicate and move one more to the left and down, the other more to the right and up a bit.
Refer to my tag for placement.
Paste branch 1, free rotate to the left at 90, place on the left side below all the elements, duplicate and mirror.
Paste branch 2 and move to the bottom, above one of the flower layers, duplicate and move below the flower layer and back to the left more.
Resize bird 1 to 40%, place on the left on the branch, duplicate, mirror and move to the bottom right on the branch.
Resize the ball of twine to 60%, place behind the cat on the left.
Resize Mushroom 2 to 50%, place on the right side below the elements, duplicate, mirror, bring back to the right and move lower than the first one.
Paste flower 5 at the upper right side just above the flower layer behind the paper layer of the frame.
Add any other elements you would like.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Open a new image and as usual mine 800 x 800.
Paste paper 4, resize larger to 115, apply your mask, delete and merge group.
