Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.
Paste the dark gradient paper, flip, apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Adjust the size to fit your tag later.
Paste the silver design, resize to 85% and mirror.
Paste the outline poinsettia heart and resize to 80%, click inside with
your magic wand, expand by 5, paste the smooth silver edge paper, invert and delete, do not deselect, paste your close up, place to your liking, delete, select none.
Moving both the paper and tube below the frame layer.
Duplicate the tube layer, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur at 4, change the blend mode to hard light and merge down, change the blend mode to Luminance (L).
Apply the Xero Filter-Soft Vignette with these settings
Elliptical, Foreground color
Diagonal Mesh,
0, 0, 0, 255
Paste snowflake 2, resize to 55%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,
move below the paper layer of the frame, sharpen once.
Paste the silver tree and resize to 70%, place on the right side, add noise at 25%.
Paste your tube, mirror and place on the left side.
Resize the gold merry Christmas button to 30%, place at the top on the left side below your tube layer.
Resize the silver holly to 30% and place on top of the button on the left.
free rotate to the right at 90 and adjust.
Paste the silver poinsettia, move to the bottom layer, up to the left corner and adjust to your liking, duplicate, flip, mirror and adjust again.
Duplicate again, bring to the top layer, resize to 40%, move to the left and below your tube layer.
Resize the hobby horse ornament to 40%, place by the tree and erase the hanger.
Resize the silver ornament to 20%, free rotate to the right at 25 and place on the right side below the horse layer.
Resize the hot chocolate to 25%, place on the left side.
Resize the ribbon to 80% move to the bottom, below the mask layer, take your pick tool and rotate it a bit to the left.
Resize the scroll to 65%, place at the upper right below the mask layer, duplicate, flip, mirror and adjust.
Add any other elements that you would like, once happy, close off any background and merge visible.
Paste the dark gradient paper, flip, apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Adjust the size to fit your tag later.
