This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Janna Prosvirina.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Drop Shadow of choice
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.
Paste paper 6, apply your mask, delete and merge group
Open the frame, resize to 65%, paste, free rotate to the right at 75%, move up some on the left, then click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 12, invert, delete, select none, move below the frame layer.
Duplicate the frame and paper layer, mirror and move down on the right some.
Paste the fence above the frame layers and move down a bit.
Resize leaves 1 to 75%, place above the fence layer on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Paste your tube and place in the center.
Paste your tube again, mirror, move below the frame layer on the right,
change the blend mode to overlay and apply the Xero Filter-Soft Mood.
Resize Flowers 1 to 80%, paste on one side below the leaves 1 layer,
duplicate, mirror, duplicate again, resize to 70%, move over some,
duplicate again, mirror.
Resize the Plant layer to 50%, paste below the flower layers, duplicate, mirror.
Resize the grass to 85%, paste below the flower layer, move to the right,
duplicate, mirror.
Paste Flower Bush 1 on the leaves 1 layers.
Paste the bubble trail below your tube layer.
Resize the Mushroom to 50%, place below the leaves 1 layer on the right,
duplicate, resize to 50% again and mirror.
Resize Flower 2 to 70%, place on the left below the fence layer and up some,
duplicate and move over and down a bit.
Paste Flower 3 above the paper layer of the frame on the left and adjust
to your liking.
Paste the Brush on the left upper side just above the mask layer.
Paste the Swirl Sparkles below your tube layer and mirror.
Paste Sparkles 1 on top of the tube layer and move down a bit.
Resize the lamp to 40%, place on the left side of your tube.
Add any other elements that you would like.
Once happy, close off your background if you used one, merge visible
Resize first, then add copyright and name.
That's it
