Happy New Year

This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of  Keith Garvey .

Supplies Needed

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Shifting Gears Kit by Digicats (and Dogs)  HERE
Monti Blind Mask (Click on Extras to get mask) HERE
Font Great Vibes
 

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.

Paste paper 15, have invert checked on your mask and apply, delete and merge group, adjust your mask to fit your tag.
Paste frame 9, resize to 80%, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper of choice, I used paper 9, invert, delete, select none.

Paste fireworks 02 just above the mask layer on one side, resize to 80%, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip, duplicate, mirror and adjust, then merge these together.

Paste the coil countdown above the frame and erase any of the coil part showing, you just want the wordart part, adjust down some.
Now select all, float, defloat, add a new raster layer, expand by 2, fill with white and move below the wordart layer, moving back to the black wordart, merge down.

Resize the black balloon to 65% and the white one to 55% and place on the left side.
Paste tag 03 from the frame folder and resize to 80%, place on the left side above the balloon layer.
Paste your tube and place where you like.
Paste the New Years ball and place on the right side below the wordart.

Resize party cracker 03 to 50%, place on the left side below the tube layer, duplicate and mirror, move below the wordart layer.

Paste the champagne bucket to 50%, place on the right just above the New Year ball.
Resize the Metallic Flute to 45% and place by the bucket, duplicate and move below the bucket layer and adjust.
Resize the Doodle to 75%, place below the frame layer on the paper.

Resize Ribbon 05 to 75%, place on the right side just above the fireworks layer, duplicate, flip and mirror.
Paste flower 03 at the upper left side, above the fireworks layer.
Resize the Glitter Spill to 75%, paste and place where you like some to show and erase the rest, duplicate as many times as you like.

Add any other elements that you would like, once happy, close off any background and merge visible.

Resize first, then add your Copyrights and name and that's it.
