This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of PinUp Toons.

Supplies Needed
Font of Choice, I used Amplitude
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open your template, hold the shift and d key to duplicate, close the original,
delete the credits and the white background.
Go to Image, canvas size 800 x 800 or whatever size you prefer.
Paste paper 2, apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Select rectangle 2, paste paper of choice, I used paper 3, invert, delete, select none, delete the template layer also.
Leave rectangle 1 as if or paste a paper of choice.
Paste one of the lockers on the left above the slate frame layer, duplicate, mirror,
and adjust on the right side.
Add a bevel effect to the slate frame, go to Effects, inner bevel with these settings
Bevel shape 2, width 4
8, 4, 4, 0
48, 36, 42
color white
then duplicate, change the blend mode to burn on the top frame.
Select the circle fill, select all, float, defloat, paste paper one, invert, delete, now
paste your close up tube, place where you like, delete, select none.
Duplicate your close up, being on the bottom tube, go to
Adjust, Blur, Motion Blur,
Angle 315, Strength 100
Add noise on the circle trim at 50%.
On the circle frame repeat the Bevel effect as before on the slate frame, also
duplicate and change the blend mode to burn as before.
Paste your full tube and adjust how you like, moving the small wordart
more to the left side.
Book Bag, resize to 37%, place below the tube layer by the leg.
Books, resize to 40%, place by the book bag on the left.
Shoe, resize to 35%, place by the books, duplicate, mirror and move back to the left and under the first shoe.
Laptop, resize to 50%, place on the right side.
Binder 1, resize to 40%, place below the laptop layer.
Calculator, resize to 25%, free rotate to the left at 15, place below the shoes on the left.
Notebook 1, resize to 30%, place on the left below the calculator.
Open book, resize to 35%, place above the laptop layer.
Pen 3, resize to 30%, place on the book.
Clip 2, resize to 35%, place on the school paper layer at the upper right side.
Rule, resize to 35%, place by the bag.
Paper clips, resize to 25%, duplicate, paste where you like below the tube layer.
Add any other elements that you would like, once happy with it all,
close off any backgrounds you might of had, merge visible.
Resize first then add your copyright and name.
