This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Arthur Crowe.

Supplies Needed
Font of Choice, I used Ampir Deco
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer, fill with white if you are going to do the animation later.
Paste paper 7 or one of your choice, apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Paste frame 2, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 2, invert, delete, do not deselect yet.
Paste your close up tube on one side, paste your middle size tube, click on each one and delete, select none. Duplicate the large close up and mirror, move down a layer, change the blend mode to overlay on these.
Duplicate the middle size tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur at 5, change the
blend mode to screen and merge down.
Paste your full tube on top of the frame, resize to 75%, so you can adjust the ones in the frame.
Resize the books to 75%, place on the right side on the frame.
Resize the laptop to 65% and place in front of the books.
Paste the crayon, free rotate to the left at 90, resize to 75%, place at the bottom of the frame on the left.
Resize the calculator to 45%, free rotate to the left at 12 degrees, move below the crayon.
Resize frame 1 to 90%, place at the top left above the mask layer, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip, duplicate, mirror and adjust them.
Resize the clock to 45%, place by the laptop.
Resize the back pack to 65%, place below the calculator on the left.
Resize the pen to 35%, place by the crayon.
Resize the apple to 40%, place below the crayon where you like.
Resize the composition book to 60%, free rotate to the left at 12 degrees,
move below the back back on the left and up a bit.
Resize the paperclip to 20%, paste on the book and take your selection tool, draw around the center and delete.
Resize the ruler to 55%, free rotate to the left at 90, move just above the composition book.
Resize eraser to 45%, place below the crayon about center.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
That's it unless you are going to animate now.
Animation
Now if you want to animate, open animation shop, copy merged tag and paste in animation.
Open your animation, go to edit, select all, then go to Animation, resize to 60%.
This animation has 22 frames, so you will need to have your tag with 22 frames as well.
Go to edit, select copy all, then edit, paste after current frame until you have 22 frames.
Now click on your animation, edit, select all, copy, click on your tag, edit, paste into select frame and paste on the calculator or where you like.
That's it unless you are going to animate now.
Animation
Now if you want to animate, open animation shop, copy merged tag and paste in animation.
Open your animation, go to edit, select all, then go to Animation, resize to 60%.
This animation has 22 frames, so you will need to have your tag with 22 frames as well.
Go to edit, select copy all, then edit, paste after current frame until you have 22 frames.
Now click on your animation, edit, select all, copy, click on your tag, edit, paste into select frame and paste on the calculator or where you like.
