Almost Midnight

This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of  Vi Nina.

The tube is called New Year Lady.

 Supplies Needed

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Filters
EyeCandy 4000-Gradient Glow
Font of Choice, I used One Day After the Rain1

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Drop shadow on this one I used V-2 H-2 Blur 50
Use whatever drop shadow you prefer
 

 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer, resize paper 12 to 130, paste, apply your mask, delete and merge group.

Paste frame 1, free rotate to the right at 10 degrees, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 12, invert, delete, move below the frame, paste your close up, delete, select none.
Change the blend mode to overlay.

Resize Clock 01 to 75%, paste in the frame above your close up tube.

Paste the fireworks on the mask, move to the upper left, sharpen, add noise at 50% or what you prefer, duplicate, mirror, duplicate again and move down on the lower left. Duplicate as many times as you like.
You can adjust all these once you are done with your tag.

Paste Disco ball 01, flip, move over to the upper right, duplicate, mirror, move to the lower left side, flip.

Duplicate your frame, mirror, move on the left below the disco ball layers, duplicate the paper in the frame, mirror, line it up with the frame and move below the frame. Duplicate that frame and paper, move over to the right and down some.

Being on the top layer now, resize your tube to 60%, place on the left side.
Paste the New Year wordart, resize to 90%, add a fat white gradient glow with EyeCandy 4000.
Resize the glasses to 55%, place on the right below the wordart.
Resize the popper celebrations to 40%, place one on the right below the glasses, duplicate, move to the left below the tube layer.

Paste streamer 01 and 02 below the poppers on the left, duplicate both, mirror and adjust how you like them.

Resize the white and black balloons to 50%, paste the black one below the streamer layer and the white one below the black balloon and adjust them how you like, duplicate both, mirror, adjust on the right.

Resize the hat to 45%, place by the tube on the bottom left.
Resize the bubbles to 45%, place above the glasses, duplicate, sharpen once on both. Paste one by the bottle in her hand also if you like.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
