This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of  Soul Designer.

The tube is called End of the Year Girl

 Supplies Needed

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Mura Meister Copies-Encircle

Font of Choice, I used Face of Yesterday

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Drop shadow on this one I used V-2 H-2 Blur 50
Use whatever drop shadow you prefer
 

 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.
Resize the quick layout paper to 23%, apply your mask, delete and merge group.

Resize tag frame 03 to 30%, paste, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, resize the quick layout paper to 23% and paste, invert, delete, do not deselect yet. 
Paste your close up tube, delete, select none, move both below the frame layer.
Duplicate your close up tube, Adjust, Blur Gaussian Blur, number on 5, change the blend mode to hard light, merge down. Apply the Xero filter-Titanium with these settings

Resize your tube to 40%, mirror, paste on the left side of the frame.

Resize the Fancy Holly Deco 02 to 15%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, move below the paper layer of the frame, duplicate, flip.
Resize the Snow Holly 00 to 15%, apply the Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,
paste in between the two circles made earlier at the bottom, duplicate, flip and move below all the circle layers.

Resize the Snow Holly to 15%, place at the top of the tag.

Resize the Fancy Holly 02 to 15%, place on your tube layer to cover the straight edge, duplicate, mirror.
Resize the berries 02 to 50%, paste below the Fancy Holly, duplicate the Fancy Holly, move over some to the right, duplicate the berries and move over also.

Resize the lantern to 15%, place on the right side, duplicate one of the berries, mirror and move back below the lantern layer.

Resize bow 01 to 10%, place on the lantern where you like.

Resize the Snow Flakes 01 to 50%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, move to the bottom just below the lantern layer.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
