Christmas-Forum Set

 

 

This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of  Marika.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Filters
Mura Meister Copies-*Line
penta.com-color dot
Xero-Fritillary

Font I used Andes

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 600 x 250, paste your close up tube, then go to Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, default settings, do not change any of the numbers.
Then go to Adjust, Blur, Motion Blur, angle 45, strength 100, apply again changing the angle to 315, duplicate this layer.
Crop your tag, being on the top layer, select all, add a new raster layer, fill with a color of choice, I used #e11b28, then contract by 1, delete, contract to 20,  Modify, Select selection border with number on 3, new raster layer, fill with the same color, select none.
Take your magic wand, click inside the frame you just made, expand by 3, invert, delete, select none.
This is hard to see, so to check, close off your bottom layer and if you have a blank layer showing then it was done right :) Reopen your bottom layer now.

Back on the top layer,  apply penta.com, color dot with these settings
25, 2, 255, 255, 255,

Resize element 26 to 50%, paste in the frame area and move to the left more, apply Mura Meister Copies-*Line and check the 1/n fade out box, change the blend mode to overlay.
Paste sparklies 2 below the wordart layer.

Paste your tube below the outside frame layer on the right.
If you are not going to animate, merge visible, add your copyright and name.

If you would like to Animate, no not merge.
Be sure you have your copyright and name already added on the top layer of the tag.

Being on the bottom layer, duplicate 2 more times, rename them 1, 2, and 3.
On layer one apply the Xero filter- Fritillary with these settings
5, 10, 30, 15
Layer 2 same number except change the last number to 17
Layer 3 change the number to 19
Close off layer 2 and 3, merge visible to animation shop, paste.
Back to psp, close off layer 1, open layer 2, copy merged to animation, paste after current frame.
One more time back to psp, close off layer 2, open layer 3, copy merged to animation, paste after current frame.
Test your animation, if happy save.

If you would like to do an Avator
I opened a new image 180 x 180, open a size you prefer.
Copy each of the fritillary layers in order, crop, then do the frames the same as you did in the signature tag.
Paste your tube below the top frame layer, like before.
Resize the Christmas element to 37%, paste below the larger frame.
Add your copyright and name and then copy each layer, like you did on the signature tag.
