*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open your template, then hold the shift key and hit d to duplicate, close the original, delete the credits.
I then go to Image, Canvas size and make mine 800 x 800, can always resize later.
Resize paper 20 to 84%, paste below the bottom layer of the template, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Move layer 3 of the template down below layer 2, merge down, select all, float, defloat, new raster layer, fill with a color from your tube, I used #108bb3, add noise at 50%, select none, deleting the template layer.
Merge layer 4 down with layer 2, select all, float, defloat, new raster layer, fill with white, select none, deleting the template layer.
Merge layer 6 down with layer 5, select, float, defloat, resize paper 20 to 84%, paste, invert, delete, select none.
Move layer 9 below layer 8 and merge layer 9 down with layer 7, select all, float, defloat, resize paper 21 to 84%, paste, invert, delete, select none.
Merge layer 10 down with layer 8, select all, float, defloat, resize paper 9 to 84%, do the same steps as on the other layers, then go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize with these numbers
Hue 22, Saturation 220
Select layer 11, new raster layer and fill with #73ccde, add noise at 50%.
Select layer 12, do all the steps like before, resize paper 18 to 70%, paste, invert, delete, now paste element 57, move up how you like, delete, select none.
Merge layer 15 down with layer 14, take your change to target brush and change the color to match your tube, or you can select the top wordart, add a new layer and fill with a color you prefer.
Resize your tube to 75%, place on the right below the wordart and move the wordart down.
Resize element 58 to 75%, place under the tube.
Resize element 79 to 60%, place on the left side below the snow layer.
Resize element 42 to 50%, place by the tree.
Resize element 3 to 15%, place on the bird bath, mirror, duplicate, resize a little smaller and place again.
Resize element 41 to 45%, place on the left in front of the bird bath.
Resize element 13 to 35%, place on the right by the tube under the wordart layer.
Resize element 78 to 50%, place on the right behind the tube, duplicate, move over to the left more, duplicate again and move over to the left below the tree layer.
Resize element 19 to 22%, place on the left above the wordart layer.
Resize element 6 to 35%, place by the ice skates on the left.
Resize element 87 to 80%, paste on the mask layer, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 54 to 20%, duplicate as many times as you like and place around.
Resize element 16 to 25%, place on the right side being on the top layer, duplicate, move over to the sled below the bear, and erase any part showing on the left side, making it look like it is laying in the sled.
Resize element 75 to 25%, place under the sled on the left, duplicate, mirror and move back by the sled.
Resize element 84 to 40%, place on the snow on the bottom.
Once happy with your tag, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize, add your copyright and name, and save.
