Tis the Season

 

This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of  Alex Prihodko.

The tube is called Jingle Bells 2

Supplies Needed

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Mura Meister Copies-Encircle

Font of Choice, I used Almademo

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Drop shadow on this one I used V-2 H-2 Blur 15
Use whatever drop shadow you prefer
 

 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800 or one you prefer.
Paste paper 4, apply your mask, delete and merge group.

Paste element 17 first, then element 14, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 08, invert, delete, select none.
Go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize and color the bottom frame with these numbers
Hue 126, Saturation 150

Resize element 06 to 65%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, change the first number to 18, move below the frames. Add noise at 100%.
Resize element 02 to 40%, apply Mura Meister Copies again with the same settings and add noise again.

Paste your tube, resize to 85%, move below the frame, duplicate, move above the frame and erase the parts you do not want showing on both tubes.

Resize element 01 to 45%, place on the right side of the frame, duplicate, mirror and move up on the left side below the tube layer.

Paste element 18 at the bottom on the frame layer, duplicate, flip, mirror, move below the hanging ornaments.
Resize element 30 to 45%, flip, place on the hanging ornaments, duplicate, mirror and place over the other hanging ornaments.

Paste element 26 at the bottom on the branch.
Resize element 13 to 60%, place on the left by the wordart tag.
Resize element 05 to 40%, place on the right below the branch.
Paste element 08 on the right under the wordart tag, duplicate, mirror, move up on the left below the ornaments, erase some off the top area.
Paste element 16, move below the hanging ornament layer on the upper left, duplicate, free rotate to the left at 90, mirror, move down below the branch at the bottom.

Resize element 12 to 50%, duplicate a two or three times and place where you like.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
